We had a great experience with City-Wardrobes from start to finish. The quality of the wardrobe is excellent, and the final design fits our space perfectly while making great use of storage. A special mention to Lilia who worked on our project, she was incredibly helpful throughout the process, offered great suggestions, and made everything feel stress-free and smooth. This is the 2nd time we have used City Wardrobes. We have been delighted with the whole process and service from start to finish and the product itself looks beautiful. We have a few more projects in the house to do and have no hesitation in using City Wardrobes again.

We commissioned City Wardrobes to construct some bespoke banquette seating designed by our architect for our kitchen/diner and are thrilled with the result. Communication was clear and prompt throughout, the standard of workmanship is high and it was installed swiftly. The upholsterer was also helpful when we had questions about adjusting the cushioning for a more comfortable seat.

Our wardrobes look fantastic, and has everything I asked for. All responses were quick and professional.Staff were very professional and we didn’t feel rushed into making decisions. Very pleased with a quality of the wardrobes and customer service received

From the initial enquiry to the finished product we were absolutely pleased.

From start to finish, the City Wardrobes provided a very good level of service.
During the process there was a delay from our side (the builders didn’t complete the work on the agreed time), but the team was always patient and moved the agreed installation day twice.

They were super helpful in the design process: we went through a few iterations of our design and they were very patient and made all the changes we asked for. The installation was quick and the result is a really well-built wardrobe. We are really happy with the result and the whole process was painless.
