This company are on the ball and have their communications down pat. They return your emails promptly. They take the agreed amount out of your account when it is due. The bin guys put your bins back where they found them, unlike Greyhound who used to throw them a few hundred metres away where you would have to go looking for them. They text you when your bin is due to go out, and what colour bin it should be. It's not rocket science but a lot of Irish companies could learn how to improve their customer service by copying what City Bin do.

I don’t recommend at all - we are loyal customers for years- always could leave out an extra bag of recycling as long as presented in a clear bag. The City Bin Co. have changed this policy you now have to prebook which understand but for the last 3 weeks we have done this (prebooked) and each time the waste has not been removed. City bin did not inform customers if the new change of needing to prebook either. The only reason the extra recycling was taken this morning was because my husband went out to the truck to talk with them guess what our booking was still not in the list. No communication absolutely appalling.

Have been a customer for several years and got all my family members to swap over also. Waste collection is not very glamorous but they do a great job of it and I've had no problems at all with them (unlike previous 2 companies I used). High recommended!

I was using City Bin Co for a several years and had no problems with them and I was happy with their services up until now when company extended the year contract I had with them for their services without my permission and also charged me using my own credit card and without my permission. I believe the company have to reimbursing the charges they made without my permition back to me. City Bin company action caused me a big distress about the whole situation on my concern and unwillingness to help or understand the matter.
Lately I had response from City Bin Co managing director who did not resolve the issue but accused me of making a false claim instead. The only issue that the accuser cared about was putting a name of his staff member on line which has been removed and not solving the issue.
This is not an accusation in any form but the experience and my review on what really happened to me when dealt with the company's customer service team and managing director. Issue is not resolved.
