Do not order from these scam artists!

I ordered a pair of shoes on their website in September 2025. When the shoes did not arrive, I emailed to see what was going on. Someone named Scott Starbuck replied to say that the color I wanted was out of stock but that they could send me a different color. I said that I did not want another color and asked for a refund. Never head from them again, despite several attempts to follow up. I'm now out $200 and have opened a dispute with my credit card company.

Unique to Chicago shoes most other companies don’t carry. Excellent variety of brands. Almost always about 30-70% off on stock. I wear their shoes everyday for more than 3 years.
