I used to like shopping on their site because they had steals during their sales. Now, not so much. I reached out to customer service after receiving my order because I wanted to know if the item I ordered can be exchanged for a different size. I never heard back. There are better online shops with better, more cohesive curation of brands anyway. I'll continue to patronize those shops instead.
Do not go here thinking you're going to hit a rafffle. They outsourcing shoes to stockx and goat. Never won a raffle. They use eql. So u already know if u aint paying that subscription fee, you dont even have a chance.
Adding to the already numerous negative reviews on this store. Two weeks after making a purchase, I received an email saying my order had been cancelled. It was my first and last experience with this store. There is really no need to visit/buy from this store. SSENSE, MYTHERESA, Matches, Mr. Porter and others carry the same merchandise and are reliable. Notre is the absolute worst.
Cancels orders with no explanation at all. Had me waiting 2 weeks for a shoe only for the order to get cancelled.
I have recently placed an order, Nike shoes, from this site. I googled and it seemed this store is legit. They cooperated with Nike to produce shoes. After placing the order, I realized the statement "Note: Beginning January 2020, Notre will no longer be shipping Nike and Jordan products outside of the USA." under the Returns and Exchanges section. I sent three emails in the last 4 days but there was no response. I called the phone number a few times but no answer. The call was forwarded to a full voicemail box. I contacted them through Twitter but there was no response as well. The website said that the store is closed for business; the business hours for days in the week said "CLOSED". At this point, I am not sure what else I can do except wait for another day or two and then contact my credit card company. Hopefully, I get the money back.
I am a first-time customer with a very bad experience. Please stay away from this store.
