The courier, LS38, who delivered my parcel was veery professional and helpful. nothing was too much trouble, dropped my parcel where i asked him to.

Nice one MARTIN NR42 A great delivery driver. Some drivers I've bumped into over years have been pure garbage, not Martin. Helpful, happy all round great man. Give him a pay rise.

We have had many deliveries from Bart at Citysprint. What a guy. Nothing too much trouble for him. Outstanding

Martin delivered my shed today and I couldn’t be happier! Our address is wrong in most navigation apps, and I was not able to find a way to add extra instructions. However, he called to let me know he was already at my lane, and then brought it by hand truck right to my door! Cheerful, courteous and efficient - very happy and will definitely use this option again when shopping with Wickes.

Today I was met by a rude and angry delivery person from CitySprint hired by Wickes, on answering the door to my garden the driver states “this place is ridiculous” that was my greeting, he then refused to deliver, I have had 23 timber deliveries in the last few years from wickes with no issues but this guy just refused, the ground is level there is ample parking and a straight run to my house, there are no issues delivering just as in the past there was not, I even offered to take from the Kerb but was to late he was in a mood and leaving and broke my gate latch while slamming the gate…

Equally poor was calling Wickes to sort it out, they are simply chaotic and refused the refund until the driver returns the goods and they check them, that’s odd as they were never delivered so condition is not on me…

I have reported both companies to Trading Standard as they are in breach of the Distance Selling Regulations. I also have a video of the driver being rude and arrogant but weirdly angry that will be posted online.

I have not had to leave a review like this before but obviously I will not be using Wickes again and I will try to avoid CitySprint as they hire aggressive staff.

We have just had our delivery from wickes via City link we had a similar delivery from another company during the week City link by far better the bag of stones came complete unlike our other delivery driver was very polite and helpful

Just had my first delivery from Citysprint...and they were very impressive !
Unlike most delivery companies these days.. the driver actually knocked the door. I had ordered numerous large bags of garden compost / bark etc ... the delivery driver was brilliant - really polite, chatty and helpful.
He even ASKED where I wanted everything and put them exactly where i requested - some other companies don't even knock the door- they just dump everything outside and are gone before you are aware they are there!
We received a text with a delivery slot & they arrived when they said they would .
Well done Wickes for using this company... excellent service ... a bit of a luxury these days!!
