The company has Ghosted Us.
We had a great experience up until we tried to contact the company 5 days ago regarding the revised permit.
Johnathan our point of contact hasn't responded to our emails, phone calls, and text messages. I left a message on the website two days ago with no reply. I called the main number on the website today, and the person who answered told me that he could only raise a ticket on the matter. He told me he wasn't Johnathan's boss and couldn't put me through to anyone else in the company. He said 'My number shouldn't be on the website'. I highly doubt I will get a response from anyone in the company. I asked if I could speak with his manager or the CEO and he told me he wasn't allowed.
The website says 'Our experts are here to help every step of the way.' The service was fantastic up until this point.
