The report although long as I had a full structural survey on my purchase was broken down in sections which made it easy to read and the summary sections were very helpful in understanding the details of the report. Getting in contact with Nick I instantly knew I was going to be happy with the service from the first detailed conversation about the work he would carry out. In a very timely manner, Nick arranged with the vendor the survey and took care of everything. Having even one less thing to worry about when buying a house is an epic win, so this is good all round. The quality of the report that was produced was incredibly detailed and thorough to the point I knew more about the house from the survey than having looked round it twice and the estate agents documents. The report highlighted the things I needed to look at in more detail and the things that were fine. Further to this, Nick followed-up and we were able to talk through anything I was unsure about. I worked with Nick during the first three weeks of January when he carried out his survey of my preferred property. I have finally received his report, and am impressed by his structuring of the report. He went into incredible depth in every issue, giving me a crystal clear image of the underlying problems, with detailed action plans and identification of future maintenance needs, even highlighting issues where I need to ask my solicitor to dig deeper into the legal positions. Friendly and helpful to an extreme, and even helping me with introductions to local tradesmen.
