As a retailer of made-to-order furniture, we work with selected European manufacturers who produce each item specifically to customer specifications. While we always provide estimated lead times and do our best to keep customers informed, on rare occasions delays can occur due to factors beyond our direct control within the production and supply chain.

We understand that waiting longer than anticipated can be frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your comments regarding communication have been noted and will help us improve our update process when unforeseen delays arise.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations — we always aim to provide clear, smooth and reliable service.

In this case, however, our options were limited by the rules of the payment platforms. When a dispute is opened, both the customer and the merchant are placed into a verification process. The payment platform gives us the option not to ship the product while the dispute is still open, and in such cases we are unable to dispatch the order until the matter is resolved.

We wanted to ensure you could still receive your sofa as quickly as possible, which is why we suggested placing a new order using an alternative payment method.

Regarding the dispute itself: we provided you with the document showing exactly how the dispute was created (proof available to see on the dispute), including the order details and the authentication method used (finger/face recognition). If you believe the dispute was not opened by you, we strongly recommend contacting Revolut directly to verify whether any form of fraud may have been committed by someone else.

Since the dispute has already been closed and the funds were returned to your account, we would simply need a new, active order to proceed.

Despite this situation, we truly appreciate your review. It helps us clarify this process for future customers and show that we follow payment-security rules that protect both buyers and sellers. Best Wishes.
