YOU RECEIVE WHAT YOU DON'T SEE
Was looking for front grills with ///M6 badge, contacted them before to be sure that it was included, they kindly confirmed it, so I placed the order.
After receiving them, surprise!, the grills aren't the same design as advertised on their website, they are for this car, and I assume they will fit correctly, but the end design isn't the same as I've seen on their website.

Difference for the received ones:
Inner lines are like 45 degree
Badge holder is made of 3D and fixed with double-sided tape over the inner lines.
The grills advertised on the website are OEM grills from BMW or look identically (inner lines are curved, and the badge holder is integrated into it)
Maybe for someone this isn't a big difference, but there is some difference, and for people who want to maintain an OEM look, it's important these little details.I bought their grills and assumed to pay more, because they had the design for what I was looking for. But the kind of grills supplied by them, can be found on AliExpress for much cheaper, and I must say the one I got, looks cheap and Chinese..
So I contacted them, telling them about this:
-"the grills I received aren't the same as advertised, maybe there was some kind of mistake on this order?"
Attached them the pictures seen on the website, and the response I got was:
-"The grilles supplied are exactly the same as advertised on our website." and I can return them if I want.
If this is so, I must have some vision problems, so just in case, I made an appointment with the eye doctor, and I checked with other people to see if they looked the same or it was me, everyone agreed that they were different (so I canceled the eye doctor appointment :) )

I'm checking your website and comparing what you sent me and I see all these differences, may I ask you honest opinion if for you this 2 grills are the same?"
Their response to my question if both are the same:
"The grilles supplied are correct. We have only ever supplied one grille style."
It's obviously that they aren't the same, so they don't answer on that.
They offer me to return them with this information:
"As per stated in our Terms and Conditions all goods supplied correctly but simply unwanted are subject to a 25% handling charge. This in addition to the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund once goods have been inspected." and "item must be marked for returns only, any import duties or customs charges imposed on us will be deducted from the refund"
We could discuss what means "unwanted", and I don't think this is the case of "unwanted". Because if you had supplied me what I've seen and purchased on your website, I wouldn't return it.Â
You, as a customer, should keep in mind that if you get a product that isn't the same as advertised on their website and decide to return it, you will be charged 25% for handling fees of the purchase price, even if it is not your fault as customer, you will be charged anyway, and remember, they have your money :)
That was the story, and here the costs:
Grills: 73â¬
Shipping: 36â¬
Duty and tax: 30â¬
Total= 139⬠that I paid.
If I returned it as per "unwanted" would that cost me:
Grills: 73â¬
"unwanted"(because they consider it so): -25% (18.75â¬)
Return shipping costs: About 30â¬Â
Import tax in Uk: I would say about another maybe 30� In case they don't accept that it's a returned parcel.
So from the total of 73 (-18.75 - 30â¬) = 24.25⬠what would they return to me. After me having spent about 169â¬. -24.25â¬, that would be a total loss of about 144.75⬠for me.
All this wouldn't happen if they had taken real photos of what they supplied, and you, as a customer, pay for all this.
And yes, they answered all my mails, yes they offered to return it. And no, I didn't return it, I would lose more time and money. I will sell them online, ahh, but I will take real pictures of it :)

I bought it on May 30, you sent it out quick and the grills are for 6 series. That's true, I have never said otherwise.
You sold over 100, good! But what has that all to do with the design difference delivered to me?
You say, "absurd reason you took issue with your purchase". Really? We could add here the term "unwanted" too..
I already said in my review that you gave me the option to return; again, I have never said otherwise. If you check my review, you will see why I didn't do that, so I didn't fail :)
And to your last doubt, which I've already answered in my review, but just in case, your company could have taken real pictures of what they deliver; all this wouldn't happen; it's easy.

I bought this spoiker for a second time as I was involved in an accident and broke the first one. Fitment was precise! The only comaint I have, which is likely no fault of CKS is that when I ordered my second spoiler, it was on back order for well over a month. But once in stock ir was shipped and received within 5 days!

Very poor quality products I received from cks. Rear bumper flics not as described, no mention about removing the bumper vents. All it stated was using 3M tape on their website. Spray job on flics not the best.
Badge quality, poor
I will not be fitting the badge/flics to my C63.
