I've received the compensation after 9 months, but I know these things takes time if the flight company doesn't want to pay anything. No efforts from my side, Claimbee team did it all.

They' re very professional
They' re very professional. They kept me informed throughout the process. I honestly didnt't think anything would work out. After several months and a more difficult process, they announced that it was solved and they sent the money to my account. Trust them they are very professional.

They did not give up
5* because they managed to get the most out of the airline, even after the airline refused to pay. They then used their lawyers and bailiffs to force the airline to finally pay. So very happy overall

Corect, transparent si relativ rapid
Cu toate ca am fost taxat cu un comision de succes destul de mare (41% + tva) "albinutele" si-au facut treaba atunci cand operatorul aerian (Animawings) a ales sa ignore orice comunicare.
Toate discutiile cu Claim Bee au fost transparente si corecte, alegerea fiind in totalitate a mea.
Recomand, mai ales pentru situatiile in care compania aeriana va ignora

Am primit compensația fără prea multă implicare din partea mea, toata treaba fiind făcută de echipa ClaimBee.

I wanted to share my experience with ClaimBee after a flight delay I had last September. I’ll be honest, I really didn't think I’d see any money from this, especially since I decided not to move forward with the full court procedures when that option came up. Surprisingly, they still managed to get me a part of the compensation, which was a huge win for me.
The whole process of signing up and filling out the info was super easy. They stay on top of things and send regular emails so you’re never left wondering what’s happening. Also, if you’re like me and prefer texting, they respond really fast on WhatsApp to any questions you have.
I’m genuinely happy with how they handled everything. It’s rare to find a service that actually follows through like this. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for someone to deal with the airlines for you!
