As always this was such a pleasant interaction. I got the chance to support the testing of the new version of Claimer (Claimer 2.0) and save for some small hiccups it went rather well.

The new interface is simply gorgeous and that is before one gets to interact with the platform which is as "pleasant" as interacting with the Team at Claimer.io.

The filling of anything to do with Taxes (although R&D Credits should be more pleasant) can be stressful and not the most interesting to achieve. The team at Claimer are great Cheerleaders in walking you thru the task at hand and making sure that one puts the right foot forward and a clean demand to HMRC.

I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with Claimer and closing out more of those claims!

Claimer were excellent throughout the process. I was initially worried that it would be a mistake to use a cheaper company than the traditional R&D company I had used before, but that was not a problem. You initially have to go through the application yourself on their excellent online system, but after that point they do everything manually and their experts put together the R&D claim, just like if you used a much more expensive R&D consultancy. All for a fraction of the price of what I paid before!

Really happy with the support in preparing, reviewing and submitting our R&D claim. Would recommend.

Just got our first claim paid out!
I picked Claimer over its competitors mainly due to price- we're a small startup and Claimer made the most sense for us.
Smooth experience overall, Claimer's experts got in touch before & during the process.
I had to fill in some info about the technical details of our project and forward the company Accounts, which was straightforward. They advised on what to claim and what not to.
I had to nudge at some point to get my claim status up to date but otherwise minimal effort from my side, and now we got the money in the bank so overall I'm a happy customer and will be using them again next year.

Everything went fine with our R&D Tax Claim. The process was pretty easy to follow, and the generated report was professional. Claimer fees are very competitive, and we received our R&D claim once HMRC processed it. We would use Claimer again for the coming years claims.

We previously used one of the perhaps more well-known services which relied heavily on google docs, calls, email back and forth and so on. Claimer allows you to do all the hard work in a very simple solution that is efficient. Everything is done within Claimer meaning the costs are so much lower. We've now processed two claims successfully.

Easy to go through the claim process with lots of support along the way. Claimer made the whole thing easy. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to do an R&D claim.

Claimer has made my three R&D claims simple, successful and to be honest, made them happen at all. As a sole entrepreneur it's very easy to get bogged down in the sheer amount of work involved in running a business and R&D was one of those things that I knew I ought to do, but overwhelmed me. I had a few crazy quotes for companies to do it for me, and a few rejections for the claims not being large enough. Claimer on the other hand has extremely good rates and was very helpful all the way. They improved the written text significantly, which I am sure contributed to the success of the claims. Adam was also very polite but persistent in his reminders to actually get my claims to them before their deadlines!
