I applied for the People and Talent Partner role at Tenzo well over a month ago and have not received any update or rejection.

I have applied twice, once in November and again in February, and in both instances I received no response at all.

I have followed up multiple times and have either been ignored or given tickets that were never addressed. The lack of communication throughout this process has been extremely disappointing.

If this is how candidates are reviewed, taking over a month without any response is not an effective or respectful recruitment process. It creates unnecessary frustration and reflects poorly on the company.

All candidates expect is basic communication and respect. I spent time completing the application, including a detailed cover letter and responses to your questions, only to receive nothing in return.

As someone who works in startups, I understand high volumes and busy periods, but clear communication should still be a priority. This experience has made me decide not to pursue opportunities with Tenzo further.

I strongly recommend reviewing your recruitment process and improving communication with candidates. This level of communication is not acceptable. DO NOT APPLY TO COMPANIES THAT DISRESPECT YOUR TIME 7 EFFORT!!

Very easy set up. Strong integrations. Great customer support.

The Software is easy to use. Super flexible and was able to import all the data that is available in Lightspeed. I actually also believe from a Revenue recording perspective its far superior to Lightspeed and we are able to taylor our reports to our needs.

I joined a company where he view was that Tenzo was expensive and didnt do anything for the business and we should remove it. When you have a mixed tech stack if you want answers quickly you need an aggregator. Within 3 weeks of joining i understood it was that the information in was wrong not the aggregator. Tenzo bent over backwards to resolve the issues and now we see a real need for this in our business. If they would replace the widget icon with something that i like it would help (personal preference only) but apart from that the system brings together disparate systems well and even gives me epos funcionality that my own epos provider cannot.

It’s helped us make smarter, faster decisions and spot opportunities we might have missed before. The platform is intuitive, and the Tenzo team is always responsive and supportive. It’s an essential part of how we operate today

When we made the decision to become a data-driven company, Tenzo has been an ally from day one. It has integrated seamlessly with all our data sources and delivered results right from the start. Thanks to this tool, we are able to generate powerful insights that translate into better decision-making.

One highlight is the outstanding follow-up care Tenzo has provided since implementation. They don’t just focus on us during the onboarding phase and then move on—instead, we have weekly meetings with them to address questions and to ensure we are getting the most out of the platform. A special shout-out to Paula, our US CSM, who has always been available and ready to help.

Amazing software, better customer service

At The Mutton, we pride ourselves on working with systems that help us deliver a better experience — both for our team and our guests. Tenzo is an invaluable part of that! Yurii is always very quick to respond, incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely keen to help us get the most out of the platform. Having that kind of support makes a huge difference.

Paula makes the experience great, she is an ace! Tenzo is a great app that helps management get real time data for quick operational decisions to move the company forward.

Tenzo has been a lifechanging experience for our group. getting all the data from our POS, rostering and inventory software and putting in the one place.

The ability to have a lot of KPIs being pulled in one place from different platforms is a game changer. Saves time and effort on site level, operational and senior level. Not to mention Maria is super!
