This morning my hostess skirt arrived. It is simply a SHOWSTOPPER! Even more impressive is that it fits me PERFECTLY! ( I was worried about this as I have an unusual body shape).
The patience, the professionalism and skill used in the making of this item shows through in the way it hangs, the quality of the material and the way the tartan pattern is aligned.

I had this stole made to wear at my wedding. It is thin, not soft, and doesn't drape to the point where is feels like I'm wearing a tablecloth over my shoulders. Definitely not luxurious.
A lot of money for something which will essentially end up being draped over the back of a chair. Hugely disappointed.

Let me down ~3 weeks from my wedding by telling me my custom tartan would no longer be ready in time, despite ordering more than 2 months in advance.

If you have an important date you need something for, don't buy from these guys!

When I contacted Scotweb CLAN, I received a reply from a lady named Hazel. he was incredibly helpful and very honest regarding the actual cost. If I were to go with my first choice for a tartan necktie. Which would have necessitated paying for a whole bolt of cloth. On her own initiative, she consulted with a colleague. Who was a tartan expert and found an alternative. Absolutely FANTASTIC!

I've been wearing ghilles for 30 years and never had a comfortable fit. I have a wide foot and could never find a wide ghille, until recently. Best item in my wardrobe. I ordered a custom-measurement mini kilt for delivery, and even though I made a mistake with my measurements, Stewart was quick to respond to my request to amend the measurements. Item was delivered as described, superb quality, I am sure this will last years and years of wear. We ordered a handful of clan-related items to be delivered to the Netherlands for a wedding. However, Royal Mail failed to deliver completely. The team at clan.com did all they could, as fast as possible via DHL, to deliver the items to us in a second delivery, without extra costs, and everything arrived just on time. I can't imagine a better service! The communication and commitment was perfect.

After two months and a half they still haven't send my item. It's a fraud! They always apologize for the delay but they never send the item! LIARS, Stay away, they stole my money
