Website form doesnt work and no answer to enquires sent to multiple mailboxes (almost two weeks now). Doesnt give the best impression from the start, came to see reviews, thought I would share.

Buongiorno la mia esperienza è stata negativa dopo 5 anni io che avevo perso 55 Milà euro , mi sono state trovate solamente 450 euro , non ho ripreso neanche le spese che ho avuto con lo studio visto che mi è stato chiesto 3000 Mila euro . Insomma io non li consiglio per niente

L'avvocata Vitrano, con cui ho collaborato direttamente per tutto il percorso, ha fornito un servizio eccellente, rispondendo immediatamente alle mie email con consigli chiari ed efficaci. E prima di Lei, l'avvocata Obrikyte, un'assistente legale di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome, e la responsabile dell'ufficio sono state di prim'ordine.

Avoid this company, it's a scam. I have hired Giambrone and paid them to go after the scammer company "My Liquidity Partner". Despite paying their upfront fees, the only "progress" over the last two years has been a series of lengthy, vague email updates. They haven't even started a lawsuit since 2023. Communication is consistently poor, they are ignoring all emails I have sent them. I was looking for the help from scammers, but got scammed by this company
Avoid Giambrone at all costs!

I approached Giambrone Law after being targeted by a fraudulent company, believing I was finally turning to professionals who would help me, and a group if victims, recover what we had lost. Instead, the experience left me feeling misled and taken advantage of all over again.

From the outset, I was assured that pursuing action would be straightforward. Upfront payment was required, followed by a series of long, repetitive update emails that ultimately produced no meaningful progress. Despite repeated assurances, communication was inconsistent at best. Emails often went unanswered, and months passed without any clear indication that the promised legal steps were actually being taken.

What concerns me most is that, after all this time, no legal action has materialized. The gap between what was promised and what was delivered is significant, and the entire process left me feeling that vulnerable clients—already harmed by fraud—were not treated with the care or diligence they deserved.

In my personal opinion, this experience did not reflect the professionalism or integrity one should expect from a law firm. I cannot recommend Giambrone based on what I went through. I sought help to pursue those who deceived me, only to walk away feeling that I had been let down in a very similar way.

I have paid this firm and received nothing in return. I hired Giambrone Law to find and send me a family member's foreign birth certificate over a month ago. They said they could obtain the document and quoted me a price, which I agreed to. I then completed an international wire transfer for their services and promptly provided standard confirmation details, including the wire reference, SWIFT confirmation, and even a formal bank trace verifying that the funds were received by their bank.

Despite this, each time I met their stated requirements for confirming payment, they introduced new ones and continue to withhold the completed documents. Rather than coordinating with their own bank to resolve the issue, they have repeatedly shifted the burden back onto me, asking for new types of confirmation of payment each time I provide the last thing they requested.

This pattern of moving the goalposts after confirmed payment raises serious concerns about whether they are acting in good faith. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others not to hire them, as they appear to be frauds. If you need find an international lawyer, check those recommended by your embassy or consulate.

Ms Helena has been exceptionally Outstanding in handling our matter and getting us structurally correct at all times. She was swift in responding and her valuable guidance has really helped us move forward in the right direction.

Engaged this firm for a legal case that remains completely unresolved after more than two and a half years. Every single substantive communication throughout the entire engagement was initiated by me — roughly once every 1-2 months, just to get a basic status update.
The firm never once proactively reached out with news, progress, or updates. A formal request for regular communication was acknowledged and ignored. A formal complaint sent to Client Services also received no response.
Would not recommend.

I’m very happy with their service. They were very prompt and sort out my issue.
And even after sorting out they followed up. I’d def recommend. They also speak English which assisted me a lot.

We were scammed by a company called My Liquidity Partner and turned to Giambrone after being assured that pursuing a lawsuit would be straightforward. They required payment upfront and then continued to send lengthy update emails that ultimately led nowhere.
What was most disappointing is that they rarely responded to our emails and, despite their assurances, no lawsuit has been filed since 19/12/2023 — meaning more than two years of waiting with promises left unfulfilled.
Highly not recommended. In short, we went to them to pursue a scammer, only to feel that we had been scammed again.

I never write reviews, but on this occasion I must.

Having never had to deal with solicitors before, until recently, I must admit, it has been a daunting experience, especially going from the UK family courts and now having to go though the
Portuguese family courts.

Giambrone Law have made the transition smooth and clear. We are still in the early stages of the process in Portugal, But I have every confidence that I made the right choice with this company.
