For me, security matters more than speed. Clapp Finance didn’t cut corners with KYC, but it also didn’t drag it out. Once verified, everything opened up smoothly. I’m currently using the savings feature and the dashboard makes it easy to track active positions without confusion.

I strongly advise against using this service.

I completed all the necessary KYC procedures and successfully opened an account. Following their rules, I topped up funds from a bank account in my own name to the IBAN provided by Clapp Finance (also in my name). However, my account was restricted immediately afterward.

I was then asked to provide an extensive amount of information and documents, including a selfie of me holding my passport and a handwritten note. I submitted everything promptly. Despite my full cooperation, they closed my account without any explanation.

While my funds were eventually refunded, the remittance fees were a total waste. More importantly, I suffered a significant opportunity loss as I had planned to purchase cryptocurrency at a specific timing.

I found their service to be extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I am currently using a different service and have encountered none of the issues I faced here, which only confirms that Clapp’s handling of the situation was abnormal.

I highly recommend that everyone stays away from this service.

Na razie nie mogę polecić programu referencyjnego, dopóki Clapp Finance nie wyjaśni sytuacji i nie wypłaci zaległych bonusów.
