Their customer service is very helpful, but the product itself is not the best, you can tell it is pretty cheaply made, but I guess you get what you pay. The price is reasonable.

I visited the store today and was pleased to find it very welcoming.
Shoaib listened very attentively to my requirements, measured me up for a jacket, which I'm looking forward to. I bought a jacket also while I was there. Great customer service. I would highly recommend them.

Great customer service hand on hand communication with making my fitted jacket all the way through the process. Really pleased with the final product fits perfectly highly recommend using this company. I will definitely be using it again in the future.

Bogus company ... produce substandard products in Pakistan and then bring them over to UK and sell it as UK stock. If you are looking to buy a copycat or substandard product then this is the place ... also no address for this business on thier website

I have ordered a few items from this company and the quality, price, communication and care these guys give to every item is exemplary....I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking out quality clothing...I will be back for more soon...

I had to return the jacket i bought. They send me the return label. After few days its came back to me . So they provide another label, this time the label was unrecognisable,

Actually l would rate this experience with this company zero stars. They lie about the product and who made it. The website said going out of business, of an American older woman making the bag which one big lie. The bag is made of cheap looking leather and the zipper doesn’t match the bag, a product made in China. Returns are a nightmare.lf you want to return the merchandise you have to return it to the factory they bought it from in China, you have no guarantee that it gets there because United States Postal Service only tracks merchandise up to a point of US territory. and you don’t even know if this factory truly exists. The shipping cost would be nearly the cost of the bag itself. I would not recommend buying anything on FB website advertising merchandise without doing research. I plan on reporting this website page to the US department of consumer affairs and the Better Business Bureau.

Received my so called rich leather purse today. Only to find by it came from mainland China. Not the hand made leather purse you said someone made that was going out of business. Lies.
It looks like a piece of vinyl crap, and as always nothing with papers to send back. Guess it goes to goodwill tomorrow.

Sent wrong sized item. Implied i was lying when i contacted them. Material and design nothing like they used in the stock photos. Need to be reported to Trading Standards.

The jacket itself was well made and the leather really nice, but the collar was very high. Returning it was a bit difficult, and I didn’t want to risk just exchanging for a smaller size in case that had the same issue since returns aren’t free. Probably won’t buy again because of sizing issues for me personally, but the jacket was really well made and good quality so I’m sure the company is great if you pick a size and style that fits well.

I received email confirmation of my order, which arrived quickly.
The items I ordered were of really good quality and the fit is accurate too.

Easy to order, status updates on website were clear and item arrived within the 2 week timeframe. Great quality and service!
