Warning re Supposed Delivery Clarins
Really surprised as previously had very good experience.However this beats all.I got in touch as I had been waiting some time for a delivery.I had an email yesterday to say I should look in safe places as it had been delivered.A very blurry picture showed an unidentifiable person handing over an unidentifiable package to my husband whose only bodily parts shown were his feet He doesn't possess any shoewear like those shown nor is part of our hallway carpeted but grey wooden flooring.I rest my case.So come on Clarins who is sending out your parcels? Caught on camera here....very naughty practice you should relly up your game.I still haven't had any products

Reloaded app again after 2 failed orders. It did the same again. You get to payment, having spent time choosing and ordering and at the last stage it freezes. Common Clarins, get your act together! I expected better but won't waste my time again.

My friend asks for this each Christmas. It is boring but what she wants so as I good friend I buy. I think it over-price goo to be honest. Anyway this year after a £90 spend I was suprised there was no little gift for me. Every year before there has been a small offer - a few sample sizes to sweeten the financial exchange but nada for 2025. I bought the packs anyway because it's too late to discuss further ideas but it will be the last time. Bought in Harods in MK - perfectly nice woman on the counter.

I made an on line order 17 November, it is now 3rd December & still my Oder hasn’t arrived, customer services are not responding to my emails, tracking number doesn’t exist. They take your money & really do not care about their customers. Never again Clarins appalling service.
CLARINS DOUBLE SERUM GEN 9. Be careful with sensitive skin!
Clarins has changed the ninth generation of its flagship Double Serum line. It is the worst change that could have been made adding HARUNGANA amongst other changes, causing skin irritation and flaking!!!
GEN 8 WAS THE BOMB. GEN 9 IS nothing like it. Not the feel not the ingredients. Thick and the light one is the same.
I dont understand why they not added it as a new serum instead of changing their most sold and succesful product. BAD BUSINESS DECISION by new marketing manager driven by the forever change I say.
Sorry Clarins I am out.i hope the CEO knows of the impact of this change on what once were loyals.
Terrible processes for cancelling…
Terrible processes for cancelling orders. My fault I ordered something didn’t want in error 30 seconds later spoke to customer services and no way to cancel order have to wait for delivery and refuse or return it. Systems are either stuck in 1985 or they do their on purpose

Niet Correct
Ik hou van de producten van Clarins, maar ze zijn niet correct met de beloofde cadeau's. Wanneer je een cadeaucheque toevoegt en dan niet meer aan het bedrag komt, zit het cadeau er niet meer bij. Alhoewel de bestelbon aangeeft dat het cadeau inclusief is!!En zwart op wit staat!!! Ik zal me niet meer laten verleiden door de extra's die ze erbij beloven. Ik bestel redelijk veel, maak reclamespotjes omdat ik het leuk vind. En omdat ik Clarins een eerlijk product vond. De klantensevice went het probeem van hun af... Mond op mond reclame is nog steeds de beste reclame...

Très bonne expérience en magasin comme sur le site.

Double serum dispenser
I bought 50ml double serum when the outer part of dispenser was empty there was still 1cm left in inner part of dispenser (explains why moisturising hadn't been as good as previous purchase. I took back to John Lewis where I purchased it and was told they weren't allowed to take it. I got in touch with Clarins. I was told they wouldn't do anything without a receipt (who keeps receipts kn purchases months old?). I said that because it was faulty I didn't need receipt, at which point they suggested it was due to overfill of the one compartment! I suggested that if was as likely that it was under fill of outer compartment and was sure there wouldn't be enough room in dispenser to over fill by 1cm. They stopped talking to me then but sent an email asking what I thought of their customer service. I wasn't expecting a full refund or replacement but an apology and some sort of token would have been nice. I spend a fortune on Clarins products both for me and friends. Won't be any longer.
Great customer service from Clarins Ireland
The atomizer stopped working on a very recently purchased bottle of Eau Dynamisante. Looking online I saw this was a frequent problem, with negative experiences trying to get it resolved by Clarins. I emailed Clarins Ireland customer service, not expecting much. I got a response immediately, apologising for the problem and asking for my address. The next day I got a package with two spare spray tops and some samples. Perfume now working and I am very happy with the customer service.
Poor after sale customer service

If there was a zero rating I would give it. I rang customer service and waited and waited…. In the end I selected the ‘ring back ‘ option. It never came.
I bought the new cleansing oil directly from Clarins. There were no instructions apart from rinse. I used on a cotton wool pad and as it said could be used on eyes I wiped over the whole of my face. Result… sore eyes for two days. I had to Google to get the correct way of using. I can’t contact the Clarins customer service in any shape or form. Emails not answered. Do not use this cleansing oil directly!!!
Worst customer services I have come…
Worst customer services I have come across, made a complaint when over £100 of cosmetics arrived ruined. Clarins ignored me for a month even when I opened a case on Resolver. If you use their web chat they still ignore. Eventually got a call by phoning their
head office to ask for help. Their compensation was 4 samples.
missing items from gift box
I purchased a gift box set from their cheshire oak store. when we got home we realised it was missing the main item. customer service disregarded our claim because we paid cash and did not have the receipt. Would not purchase anything ever again from them, I was robbed in broad daylight because I was civilised and did not open the gift box in store to check the content.

Ottima azienda, ho comprato diverse volte dal loro sito, i prodotti sono ottimi, ieri ho comprato il calendario dell'avvento, è arrivato in un giorno, una spedizione così veloce non l'avevo ancora vista. Complimenti, tutte le aziende dovrebbero prendervi come esempio.
Dreadful customer service
Ordered from the Clarins website, took over a week to arrive. Took item out of box, did not take a lot of notice of box but next day opened pot of cream and it had already been opened, could see where two fingers had been in cream,awful. Have emailed and phoned Clarins customer services without any success. Dreadful customer services would not recommend very disappointed with what I thought was a reputable company.
