I received the wrong item on my order, Clarins will not answer emails, contact forms or their telephones, absolutely appalling customer service, do not order from them

Purchased 2 jars of Clarins Super Restorative Moisturiser. I love this product been using it for over 35 years but what I purchased from online website and not Clarins website . Is not genuine the Moisturiser is thin very shiny and it stings my eyes. Actually I had to use a fan to stop my eyes from watering . I am in the process of asking for a refund. I know my products. worked for Clarins and have samples of this product . These two jars I bought online are not the genuine cream they are a bad batch. Never happened to me ever. Will buy from Clarins from now on
At least you know what you sre buying and receiving . Clarins Super Restorative day cream makes skin feel soft and supple making skin feel amazing . These two jars are faulty . Horrible experience.

If I could leave nil star review I would. Disgusting customer services, only concerned about profit. Nil assistance with my query, will never buy another product from this terrible company.

I've been a customer since the 1990s, normally buying in store. However, Clarins were bombarding me with online offers, so I ordered through the website.

The parcel was delayed and when it arrived, it was clearly damaged. The Double Serum, the most expensive item was in a broken bottle, with the top detached.

I emailed them straightaway, got a bot response asking me for the information I had already provided, and since then - nothing. I should have read here, as that is apparently par for the course.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE!

I should have read all these reviews before I order the product online. I ordered 2 items on 2/8/25 and till todate 21/8/25 I have not received my product. They gave me a tracking number which was not valid. After writing in to enquire they give me another number which said it will arrive on 18/8/25 but nothing showed up. When I wrote in again I received another number and said it is estimated to arrive on 25/8. After reading all the reviews I guessed it might not arrive after all and if arrive might not be what I have ordered. From this experience I will never order from them again.

À ce jour le 13 août 2025, je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande.
j’ai contacté Clarins en stipulant que DPD m’avait envoyé un mail pour me dire que le Colis était perdu et le Service Client m’a répondu Qu’ils allaient me rembourser.
À ce jour, je n’ai toujours aucun remboursement malgré toutes mes relances e-mails et téléphoniques.
j’ai dû faire un litige PayPal et le transformer en réclamation.

I placed an order for 2 items, but only received one. I had to chase several times to find out where the missing item was. Despite giving full details including photos of the delivery, I had to repeat it all again as they did not actually read my query. I then had to contact them again asking for a response. I was later promised that the item was now despatched, tracked but still not received, one week after the expected delivery date, and now my emails are ignored. Very poor service. Missing an item when packing an order is a mistake. Failing to put it right and ignoring a customer's communications is not a mistake.

I bought their double serum. I have noticed complaints about the serum but am fuming at what a con the bottle is. It appears as though you have bought a reasonable size container but in fact it is full of a plastic block the same colour as the serum. In fact you are getting a very small quantity. This is so deceitful and should be referred to trading standards. It is not cheap and I shall never buy one of their products again. The stores which stock these products should ban them as it is a con

I had a gift of a facial with a lady called Jackie in Liverpool John lewis on clarins and a can say I have had lots of facials with other counters I have never had such a beautiful experience she was amazing and I’ve recommended her to all my friends

Supers produits cependant le service client est une catastrophe. Cela fait deux mois que mon compte fidélité est redescendu en Silver alors qu'il était en Gold. J'ai perdu tous les avantages et les offres auxquelles j'ai droit. Vu tous l'argent que j'ai dépensé chez eux, j'aurai trouvé agréable qu'ils règlent le problème. Mais ils ne me répondent plus. Silence radio ! Pas sérieux du tout ! Je ne recommande pas du tout et je vais changer de marque !!!

After using their hydraquench for many years, I was very disappointed with skin illusion. It is very thick and cakey, not a natural product at all. I will definitely not recommend. Disappointed for such an expensive product

I purchased clarins double serum a week ago because I was really bothered about these bags under my eyes especially since I'm a young 32 year old women. I used it after a week and already notice a huge difference I have no idea why they are getting 1 star reviews on this website their stuff worked for me. And my pores do look visibly smaller. I say the price for this product is definitely worth it because you get what you paid for.
