I decided to use some of my rewards…
I decided to use some of my rewards points to purchase a £15 voucher, the amount of points was immediately deducted from my total. When I reached the checkout and tried to use the voucher a message said there was a problem with the voucher!! The reduced amount of points is still there so where is the voucher? I have tried to contact customer services by phone, they are not taking messages and the on line customer service just keeps going back to the same message without answering my query!! What is happening Clarins!! You have been quick enough to send me 2 messages via e mail and text message to say there are still items in my basket! I will check out once you solve this voucher problem!

Another loyal customer let down
Have been a Clarins customer for over 30 years and I have been waiting weeks for customer support to get back to me for nearly 2 months now, despite repeated requests. I've had one response, which looked like AI. Clarins made over TWO BILLION DOLLARS last year, so if you write to me saying that you're experiencing high demand at the moment, then please just hire more staff. You can afford it. Quality of products is also nosediving. Greed has claimed yet another prestige brand.

Dreadful customer care
As a very regular and long standing customer I am appalled at the lack of customer service. Clarins owe me an Order that is worth over 200 pounds in products and all I have received so far to my many emails is an automated response email. I have been waiting for over a week for a proper response and I have tried to ring to speak to someone however the message on this number states no one available at all to take calls.
Clarins prides themselves on high end products however the customer service is budget as best.

Dreadful customer service waiting for 4 days for a reply to emails and a month for a refund!
I ordered a lip bauble on sample Sunday 12th of January 2025. As part of this offer I should have received 11 samples with my order. I could choose 3 and 8 would be randomly selected and added to my order. The order took two weeks to arrive and when it did I only had 3 samples.
I tried contacting customer service by telephone and live chat without success but finally managed to email. It took four days to get a random reply saying the rest of my order would be sent out separately. Guess what, it wasn't sent.
Contacted customer service again but waited so long for a reply I decided to return the order.
Tracking shows the order reached them on 29/01/25. No refund so I contacted them again by email. No reply. I messaged through Facebook and got an email saying I would get £10.50 refund. I paid £14.95.
I emailed back to say I should be refunded original postage under distance selling regulations especially as I did not receive my full order.
So far no response and no refund.
This has been ongoing since 12/01/25 appalling customer service. They were quick enough to take my money!
UPDATE 15.02.25
Yet another email received from Clarins telling me they do not have to refund original postage costs. Also asking me to remove my claim from PayPal or they won't refund me anything. They have offered me some free samples and a gift. I just want my refund as you have had my returns for 18 days now.
Update: I have been contacted by Demi and have been refunded. Have also been promised a little gift as compensation for the inconvenience. I will update further once I receive it.

Plastic rechargeable pots
I love Clarins, i have used Clarins since i was 17years old and am now 60years old.
My worry is that i recently boughts the clarins night cream extra brown glass jar. I opened it and am using it and its lovely... So what is my worry inside it is in a rechargeable plastic container... Which maybe cheaper to recharge but i really don't want my cream sat in plastic when theres a perfectly natural glass jar which is better to conserve the cream. I dont know what effects the plastic will have on the cream but i prefer the other clarins glass jars with the cream directly in the glass and not in plastic.

Slow delivery
Clarins used to deliver within 4 to 5 working days but they now deliver within 10 working days, although the prices keep increasing. They are so out of touch. At a time when people can no longer work from home, they make it more difficult to manage reception of deliveries.

Spray on 100ml Eau Dynamiste failed after only a couple of uses. Contacted Clarins requesting replacement spray unit but no response.
So disappointing and I see from other reviews that I am not alone.

Fantastic Clarins Customer Service and Clarins Products
Visited the Clarins Department in Boots, The Quadrant, Swansea. A young lady named Laura approached me and asked if I needed help. I explained that I wear very little make up and would like advice on choosing some. Laura offered me a makeover which I accepted. I was absolutely breath taken when I saw the finished results. As she was preparing my face with clarins cleanser, double serum, primer etc. she was explaining each process to me. She colour matched my skin to the right Clarins foundation. The eye make up, mascara, highlighter, foundation, concealer and lipstick she used on me was so natural looking. Throughout the makeover process, she explained in detail how to apply each item and even wrote the shades of each item down for me. Nothing was too much bother for her. Whilst Laura was applying my makeover a few Boots Customers stopped to watch and made positive comments on how good a makeover Laura had done with the Clarins products. The customer service and assistance I received was absolutely fantastic. I was so impressed with the service and Clarins products that I purchased a number of their items. Laura also offered to show me how to apply the make up and in particular the Clairns Brow Duo.

I can’t believe a company as big as Clarins would be like this,I complained about a faulty spray on the 28.12.24 and they said they would see into it utter disgrace still nothing done,I’ve emailed them 5 times shame on you.

Customer support goes round in circles
I’ve been in contact with Clarins three times about a faulty nozzle on eau dynamisante spray. The support is all automated so asks for details with no action once provided so it’s a pointless loop. Any suggestions on how to get help?

Appalling Service
Oh goodness where do you start!! The parcel I received delivered was late and broken the items inside crushed! But more concerning was that one of the creams was empty but the base was sealed! Unless the delivery driver used it and resealed it then this is a
manufacturing fault’ can I get a response!!!! One email in over a week I’ve been totally ignored not a great advert for yourselves Clarins! I even told them on the last email do I have to go to these lengths to get a reply? Looks like it!

Dette er dessverre et useriøst nettsted som ikke har oversikten.
Det står Clarins Norge, men det stemmer ikke.
Norge har ikke kontor og direkte kundekontakt for Clarins.
Det er i Danmark.
Det har vært alt fra at de ikke fant bestilling selv etter at både faktura og bekreftelse på e post var mottatt.
Så ble det opplyst om at det var transportørstreik. Det ble lovet leveringstid på 3- 5 dager.
Den kom til slutt, men tok nesten en måned.
Det er lett å la seg lokke av fristende tilbud, men det er bedre å handle direkte fra norske nettbutikker som har oversikt og orden.
Det er det ikke her dessverre.

Keine Lösung bisher seitens Clarins hinsichtlich der E-Gutschein Problematik. Bloss keinen E-Gutschein kaufen. Dieser wurde dem Empfänger bisher nicht zugestellt, obwohl bezahlt und das Versanddatum terminiert wurde. Clarins antwortet nur mit Standardfloskeln und das seit dem 25.12.2024. Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten, zu bestellen.

Commande impossible
Depuis jeudi 26 j essaie de effectuer une commande chez clarins mais impossible en point relay, je tel au numéro donné sur clarins....aucune réponse à part que l'on va faire le nécessaire auprès du service du site car impossible d effectuer la commande même avec la conseillère en ligne car code postable introuvable pour le point relay...elle doit me tenir au courant cette apres midi mais aucune nouvelle bien sur et mon offre qui est jusqu'au 2 janvier de la trousse avec les essentielles et bien je passe dessus et je ne peux faire aucune commande auprès de clarins car me faire livrer chez moi c'est une résidence de plusieurs appartement et des centaines d appartement et des livreurs ont déjà données ma commande à des voisins mais bien sûr aucun retour des voisins et pas moyen de savoir qui....bref je suis déçu aucun suivie....aucune aide....je vais partir sur une autre marque du coup.
