I ordered a product online in early…

I ordered a product online in early November, as the website said ClarinsNZ I assumed it was here in NZ. I could not find the tracking number given until four weeks after purchase and two phone calls later to the carrier I was told that it had never been shipped from Australia but returned to Clarins as they did not have authorisation to ship “ dangerous goods” . No answer to my emails requesting a refund, unable to contact them by phone number always on hold.No customer service at all they don’t even reply to emails.

Awful customer service and no Xmas present!

To reiterate what others are saying. I ordered a voucher on 29 November - no tracking number or update so I emailed Clarins to chase. They sent me an automated email on 13 December apologising for the delay and saying a customer service agent had been allocated to my query!! Heard nothing since - their phone lines are now closed. Absolutely shocking - it’s a voucher, it’s not exactly difficult. Shame to see I’m not the only one without a Christmas gift.

Very Unprofessional

I too ordered in 27 November and have not even received a tracking number let alone an incorrect one! Have not been able to contact through any means available including email, FB messenger, 0800 number, WhatsApp number or instagram message. Received one generic response on 4 Dec regarding shipping delays.
I have started chargeback process today! Absolute horseshit! Please don’t order from these scam artists!

Shiocking "Customer Service" and i'm…

Shiocking "Customer Service" and i'm not the only one here in NZ/Australia. Incorrect tracking courier number issued, no further communications after i've emailed two times, last reply from them last week said they'd "sort with logisitics", now nothing..27th November order placed and over $200 removed from my account, now 18th December NOTHING. no tracking number, no communication, apology. DISGUSTING Clarins treating their customers like this, if you didn't know they were a multi billion dollar business, you'd say some dodgey scam outfit. Used Clarins around the world for 28 years, repulsive treatment of customers. No stars, if I could. Buyer beware, don't order online.

Totally reiterate the experiences of…

Totally reiterate the experiences of others regarding Clarins. My order was placed 28 November. I received an email advising it had been shipped on 10 Dec - tracking number provided. There is no record of the number on the DHL site. Attempts to contact have been futile. Phone number disabled, no reply to two emails. Way to ruin a Christmas surprise Clarins. Service is disgusting.

Poor Customer Services & Order Delays

My order was made on 26 Nov from Clarins New Zealand, and received an incorrect tracking number by email soon after. I have received a reply from one of the customer services, and was told that my parcel will be picked up by the carrier soon on 6 December. However, until today I haven't received any update with the correct tracking number or my parcel. The payment
already withdrawal from my account on 26 November. Also on the website, it shows my parcel was shipped...
It's getting really frustrating and upsetting.. They are even limiting who can comment on their Facebook posts because there're so many complaints about their services and delays. Never shop from their online store anymore...

Clarins Australia. Hopeless "Customer Care"

I placed an order on 30th Nov. 2024. There was a warning about delivery times - it was Xmas etc. On the 10th Dec, I received notice of the order being placed with DHL Standard delivery within 1-2 days. A tracking ID was provided which is still (17th Dec) not recognised. Your "Customer Care" has turned their phone service off and "offer" a reply to an email after 2 days. You have no other contact points. Are you operating without stock or employees? The whole experience - mainly the terrible treatment of enquiries - has been disappointing, as the product is excellent.

An absolute shocker of a website

An absolute shocker of a website! NO follow up - sent tracking number which DHL says is not their legitimate number. Cannot get any helpful response as to what has happened to my purchase. Money gone from account, xmas only week away and no idea how to follow up. Frustrating and stressful-poor reflection on distrbutor. NEVER have experienced such shoddy and unprofessional service

APPALLING SERVICE Clarins NZ/AUS I placed an order in November 2024 AND NOT RECEIVED WEBSITE SAYS ONE TO 7 DAYS - I have had no updates no responses to 2 emails the tracking number given is not valid on DHL… the phone number tell you to email of which I’ve done at least three or four times I received a survey from Clarins asking me about receiving my product and the Customer experience and even in the survey I advise that I hadn’t received anything yet

Customer service is a black hole. Frustrating experience ordering online!

What a frustrating experience with this company? I placed an order on the Clarins Netherlands website on December 12th. It has been several days now, and I have not received any updates or feedback on the status of my order (CLR_BNL00531177). The status has been "Being processed' since last week Thursday.

To make matters worse, I raised my concerns several times via their 'Contact Us' page, but no one has taken the time to respond. This level of customer service is very disappointing and unprofessional.
What's surprising is that I placed items with other online stores on Friday, which have already been delivered. Why does Clarins NL take a long time to fulfil the order, causing delivery to take so long? This is my first time ordering from their website and my experience has been highly unpleasant.

Except by some miracle someone ventures to read my mail, only then will I know what is happening with my order.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service & Order Delays

How disappointing to see just as many other dissatisfied customer reviews about the complete lack of customer service and responses from Clarins NZ recently.
I placed an order over 2 weeks (into week 3) ago and have still not had a shipping confirmation? My order was placed for Xmas gifts and despite my patience and follow up emails, chatbot or any other means of desperately seeking an order status… to date have all gone completely unanswered.
What is the point of promoting sales and gifts to your loyal customers if you can’t meet demand or ship orders on time. The complete lack of response is very frustrating.
I have placed many online orders with other retailers during the Black Friday sales, and received customer service responses or tracking information promptly or at least within a 2-3 day timeframe!
At this rate it doesn’t look like I will be receiving my order before Xmas.

I did not expect to receive such poor service from this brand

Like many others, I placed an order on 27/11/2024, my order is still showing as pending. I followed up with customer care who advised ‘good news, your order will be packed and shipped very soon’. That was over a week ago. I have received no further updates and have not received a response to the follow up emails I have sent in the past two days.
I thought I was allowing plenty of time for a pre-Christmas delivery but it seems I was wrong.
It is incredible disappointing service from a company that makes beautiful products. I will never order through Clarins Australia again.

Beware ordering online clarins

Ordered Clarins items 8/11/24 it is now 15/12/24. There has been no dispatch and Clarins refuse to reply to my many many emails. They have taken my money and refuse service. Im at a loss as to what to do. Beware buyers!

Do not buy Clarins Online …

If there is a button to give negative stars, they deserve a negative star. I had placed an order for my products over 3 weeks ago and not received it. Tried to contact customer care several times and it’s basically no customer care at all! No response, no reply and the tracking number under stated under ‘ my order’ is not trackable. Wrote to customer care again under online chat and no response again. So disappointing! Never buy Clarins online!

No update, no response and items not received yet

Purchased online on 28 Nov 2024. Received email informing tracking number however the number wasn't valid so tried contacting customer service. Called but no answer as they were too busy, then tried sending messaged via online chat 3 times and got email saying they would response soon, however they never responded. Finally sent them message via whatsapp and they replied with apology that the tracking number they gave me was incorrect.
The new tracking number they gave me worked however it was showing no movement at all for many days. I called DHL to check and found out Clarins still haven't even dropped my parcel off for DHL to collect. That's the reason why no movement shown on DHL tracking site. I tried to call Clarins to ask them why haven't they dropped my parcels off at the port for DHL to collect. As expected Clarins didn't answer my call and only voice message asking me to try chat online. I tried chat online and again received no response. Tried whatsapp and even instagram message and no response at all. Completely ignored me. I am so disappointed with Clarins. After this horrible experience, I won't buy online in the future.

Payment taken, no products

I ordered something on the 28th November and despite emails being sent asking where the order is, no one has been in touch. They have however taken the money out my account.

We would recommend contacting your banking provider directly, as your bank can reserve your pending amounts when they assume the payment will be successful. Additionally, as we understand it, payments should be released within 72 hours if the order does not go through.

As others on here, ordered early. Huge delay. No response to any queries. I’m going to file a complaint with consumer protection. They are not operating within “a reasonable time frame”

Ordered Christmas gifts for my partner

Ordered Christmas gifts for my partner, including an advent calendar, on 27th November. My order has remained "pending" since. I had one email reply the next day to say "our terms advise 2-5 business days for processing". There was then a generic apology for the delays sent on December 4th.

2 further emails requesting an update have gone unanswered.

There has been no change to my order status for more than 2 weeks.

Will never use them again.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! Ordered items on the 17th November, given wrong tracking number, new tracking number given but no order to match it.
Still no communication and being ghosted, will raise a dispute to get my money bk. Very poor service
