FORMAL COMPLAINT REGARDING LUX BLUEPRINT AND CLARITY PAY

I timely notified Lux Blueprint that, due to a family emergency, I no longer wished to participate in the program or continue with the associated financing. I made my cancellation request at the beginning of the transaction and clearly communicated that I did not want the loan or services to continue.

Despite my prompt notice and repeated efforts to resolve the matter, the financing has not been properly cancelled, refunded, or cleared. I have instead been left dealing with Lux Blueprint, Clarity Pay, and third-party vendors, with each party failing to provide a clear and final resolution.

I dispute the continued obligation on this account because I timely communicated my cancellation and have consistently attempted to resolve the matter. I am also concerned that the continued maintenance, collection, or reporting of this disputed account may cause unwarranted damage to my credit.

I demand that the parties promptly investigate my cancellation request, cancel the associated financing to the extent required under the applicable agreements and law, refund any amounts improperly charged, and correct any inaccurate credit reporting. I further request written confirmation of the final resolution and that no further collection activity or unauthorized charges occur while this dispute is being investigated.

I have retained records of my cancellation request and subsequent communications and am prepared to provide those records as evidence supporting my complaint. I also report them BBB for future clint buyer be ware.........
