I was pleasantly greeted when I provided my email for identity verification I was immediately identified I expressed my concern with booking my flight and choosing Clarity pay and that an error occurred but I checked my Barclays card and I saw the $0 charge which shows that the card is valid and when I spoke with Barney he stated that my application was approved and that now it has to move to the funding stage and that should be about 24 to 48 hours and that I would receive my email and information from Clarity pay as well as my confirmation from JetBlue for my flight. So every question I had was answered and I appreciated the service.

Gabby did an amazing job assisting me rescheduling my payment. I had some personal stuff come up that was going to make making the full payment difficult.

I called Clarity Pay customer support to ask some questions about my monthly auto pay option and I was connected to a really helpful agent by the name Gabby who answered my questions very clearly and thoroughly and patiently resolved the problem I called about. Thank you Gabby!

He was very professional

They're trying to provide for a real person's experience, which we appreciate. They emailed us prior, so we can be better about them. They provided for details of the transactions we have with them, and were courteous overall. They provided instructions on how to go about with the other procedures that are involved in this engagement.
