CS Person did a nice job

George was polite and kind over the course of our conversation. He explained everything in detail to me and made sure I understood it. Claritypay is helping make my dream come true.

Jenny listened super well to my rambling and took care of what I needed. She answered a few more of my questions and I appreciate her!

Jenny was very helpful. She asked about my day and small conversation while pulling up my records, was very information with my questions and noticed there was an error with information which I gave her to change the payment method, the routing number not showing correct. Something I will have to correct. Thanks again for your help.
