The stocking system Clarke &Clarke operate does not allow their customers visibility of stock and obsolesence to the extent that retail curtain makers accept customer orders and cash, then discover the chosen fabric has been discontinued without notice. Chaos results! Retail curtain makers lose the order, and final customers get disappointed and need to be refunded their cash, more chaos.
Customers beware, this fabric supplier may or may not be able to supply your chosen fabric. Who knows? Not the curtain makers and not you.

Do not buy an Accent chair from this company! Despite the price (£450) Clarke and Clarke do not fit the legs - they expect the customer to drill holes and fit them without clear instructions, a template or clearly marked base. The chair legs did not sit straight. They did not reply to my email regarding the problem. I had to wait ONE month and make numerous calls to have the chair collected and I am still waiting for a refund. I have had no contact from Clarke, nor an apology or offer to send a representative to fix it! Appalling, poor quality product and customer service! Avoid at all costs!
