Clarkes 247 レビュー

Simon, Adam and the team did a great job renovating and fixing up my flat. Excellent communication, were prompt and responsive, accommodated a lot of last minute changes, and were mindful of my budget when making suggestions. To the extent there were delays, I was kept informed. They took down a temporary wall, fitted new kitchen cabinets, rewired electrics, fixed carpeting and other small odd jobs. Would definitely use again.

I would like to thank Simon,George and amazing Adam .
Thank you so much you are fantastic, honest people to deal with .

I used Clarkes to renovate a studio flat in London. They installed a new kitchen and bathroom, new flooring throughout and decorated ( plastering and painting ). The standard of work done was excellent despite a challenging space and tricky plumbing. Any small issues that I had were promptly dealt with. They were very professional and considerate given that my son stayed in the flat during most of the renovation.I will not hesitate to use them for any future work and can highly recommend their services.

Highly recommend this company they are no1 when it comes to boiler installations.

I cannot rate Clarkes 247 highly enough. From start to finish Simon and Adam kept me informed every step of the way. The team have excellent workmanship, are very punctual and trustworthy. They completed heritage works to my grade II☆ listed property to an outstanding finish. I'm delighted. I will definitely use them again and will highly recommend them. Mrs M Reilly.

I recently hired a team of builders for painting and decorating, and I must say they did an excellent job.
What truly stood out was the commitment to customer satisfaction. When a minor issue arose after the initial completion, Alex was promptly sent to fix it without any hesitation. Alex did an excellent job.
I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again for any future projects.

I can not recommend Clarkes 24/7 enough. After months of searching for a reliable company to install a new boiler and some additional work to two bathrooms, it has been a huge breath of fresh air to work with Simon, Adam and their team. They are efficient, punctual, with a very high standard of work going way beyond what is usually expected to make sure everything goes smoothly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend them and will certainly be using them again. 10/10!

Strongly, strongly recommend and will definitely use again.

The team were super quick in organising a visit to the flat. When they came they were on time, really friendly, informative and went out of their way to find a solution that wasn’t needlessly expensive!

Clarkes organisation was outstanding, after working for other contractors over the years the guys really knew what they were doing and took their time to make sure I was looked after while working, the end product of their work was outstanding I’d hire them any day if I was a client

Clarkes have been very efficient and helpful. I have used them in several occasions and they have never let me down. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!

I have built houses and done previous restorations, and with that experience in mind I am happy to give Simon and Adam and their staff the 5 star rating. I found them to be enthusiastic, informative, observant and well balanced with their ideas, cognisant of the costs to the client. They were also good at keeping in touch and updating us on progress of the works. I enjoyed working with them too.

I cannot say enough kind words for Adam and Simon! They are rockstars in the truest sense. I have been having difficulty getting light in my flat for weeks, and these to gentlemen step in and fix the issue within minutes!

Also, they made great recommendations renos on other parts of the flat and I am looking forward to working with them there.

I honestly could not recommend Adam and Simon enough!

Simon and Adam have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. They have helped on more than one occasion now and each time I have received nothing but exceptional feedback from all buyers who have had the pleasure of dealing with Clarges 247. No matter how small or big the job is they always find a solution and exceed expectations above and beyond. Their friendly approach and attention to detail does not go unnoticed, I honestly could not recommend them enough. I will 100% continue to use their services and will recommend them to anyone looking to do any form of renovations. They do not disappoint, their knowledge, expertise and communication is very impressive. I am so pleased and grateful for their services. Thank you Adam and Simon and the rest of the team.

We had a series of things that needed attention prior to selling our house which had major refurb and extension work done over 10 years ago. These included working with me and the council to get through regularisation process for building control to updating and gaining gas and electric safety certifications to clearing items unwanted by the buyers. All this while not living in the UK.

Simon, Szymon and Adam were as good and even better than I could have ever hoped for in all that they did for us to get to what needed to be done and ultimately a successful sale. Highly proactive, great communication and transparency and always available for every need. In a market where it is increasingly hard to find qualified, skilled and reliable people in the trades, this team tick all the boxes. Before going anywhere else, I recommend you engage with Clarkes. Having undertaken more than 6 refurbishments for personal use over the years through to sales in London and elsewhere in Europe, I can assure you of getting some of the best support, help and delivery out there.

Great communication by Simon throughout all our dealings with Clarkes. Offered a fair price for quite major roof works, and as of writing there has been no issues with the work carried out. Also completed interior works caused by water damage quickly and to a high standard. Really professional job and won't hesitate to use Clarkes again in the future.

I live in Dubai and was investing in a flat in Central London. The flat needed modernisation and I didn’t want to commit ( being all cash investment without loan ) before knowing renovation cost. With no contacts in London, Foxtons recommended Clarkes 247 as a reliable firm. Within a few days I received an accurate and realistic assessment. Adam was available on phone and gave me detailed explanations. My transaction didn’t go through for other reasons. But introduction to Adam was a bonus and he assured me that he can complete the project without my presence. I am looking for another property and central to my plans is the comfort that I have a reliable contracting firm to assist in renovations. To an overseas potential customer finding a trustworthy firm is crucial in such investment decisions. I have already referred Clarkes to a couple of friends who are thinking of buying property in London.
Thank you Clarkes and Adam .

We have had the team from Clarkes with us for the last 3 months and cannot recommend them highly enough. They completely redecorated our new house, created a downstairs bathroom/utility room and fitted bespoke cabinets in the living room. The entire team is polite, friendly and expert in what they do and we are over the moon with the results. The work is top quality and the team went above & beyond to get everything done to our specifications and on time. Brilliant!

Super reliable and efficient. I got the electric gate fixed on one of my properties and even though I wasn't in the area Adam managed to sort everything for me without a problem and kept me updated each step of the way.

Recently purchased a house, which wasn't fully cleared out, Adam from Clarkes got in touch after an intro from the estate agents and organised everything. Was such a streamlined experience, he communicated over messages and calls - always updating. Job was swift and clean.

Clarkes Decorators has provided excellent service throughout the small projects I have contracted them for, both in my own home and at a rental property I own. Their overall standard of work is superb, as is their level of communication from the start to the end of projects. The team is friendly, courteous and exceeded expectations with their attention to detail and willingness to get the work done promptly. I have used them three times now for my projects, have readily recommended them to friends and would happily do so again.
