I went into the Middlebrook branch at Bolton to buy some footwear.
Karen was simply awesome. She showed me what was available and helped me choose the best footwear for me. Thank you Karen.

We visited the Harlow Store and dealt with Megan who was patient and sympathetic to my wife’s plantur fasciitis ailment and gave great advice on the right shoes to look at. We ended up buying 3 pairs!

I was in the shop on Grafton Street on Sunday afternoon. It’s a store with a great variety and good offers, but what really stood out was how friendly the staff were. I’d like to thank the three employees who helped us with our questions, especially Cris. I will definitely be back.

Today I went to Clark’s store in Derby, Derbion store 0555, to buy shoes. The worker name ( Lexi ) helped me all the time she brings to me my size and all the colours of all the types of shoes and sandals with her help then I make my decision and buy what I want, she’s good customer service, friendly and helpful,

Joe in Worthing was very helpful and we got my son measured and went home with his first shoelace school shoes.

I have difficulty in buying shoes and Ella listened to my needs, made constructive suggestions and helped me find the perfect sandals.

Steph was very approachable and agreed to give me a discount on my shoes, as one was a display model. Also she advised me on shoe care cream, which I bought.

Very disappointed with my recent experience at the Clarks Ilford store.

I purchased a pair of shoes that appeared to have a fault in the right shoe. After wearing them once, I found that the shoe did not sit properly and affected the way I walked. When I returned to the store seeking a replacement or refund, I was asked to wait around 30 minutes for the manager.

The manager refused to offer a replacement or refund, stating that she could not see any fault. More disappointing was the way the matter was handled. I felt dismissed and treated discourteously throughout the discussion.

I had my child with special needs with me and spent over an hour in the store trying to resolve what should have been a straightforward customer service issue.

I chose Clarks because of its reputation for quality and customer service, but unfortunately this experience fell far below my expectations.

I did escalate the matter to Clarks using the contact form on their website on Sunday the 21st and haven't been contacted by Clarks yet, even after 4 business days.

Is this a wilful negligence by Clarks?

We were served by Ella in Carmarthen when we went to pick our daughters first shoes. She was lovely and polite and didn't feel like she was rushing us at all and spoke to us really nicely. She answered all our questions and didn't make it feel like anything was too much. We are looking forward to seeing her again.

After struggling to get our upset baby’s feet measured at another Clarks store, we visited the Trafford Centre and met Link. Even after another colleague had been unable to measure her feet, Link was so patient, kind and calming that he completely put our daughter at ease.

She loved him so much that she was reaching her little arms out for him! He turned a stressful experience into a lovely one for our family.

Link is a real credit to Clarks, and we’ll definitely be returning to the Trafford Centre store specifically because of him. Thank you, Link!

Owen was brilliant helping me to find my daughter's first shoes. It was my first time shopping for shoes and he made it so straightforward. He measured her feet and helped me to decide which shoes to get because she was between crawling and walking, explaining the difference between the different kinds of shoes. He was so patient and friendly with my daughter, allowing her time to move around and checking the shoes thoroughly to ensure the right fit. Owen also gave me tips on how to know when my daughter was outgrowing her shoes and when to come back to remeasure. She wore the shoes out for the first time today and looked really comfortable walking in them. I will definitely come back to this store for my daughter's next pair of shoes and hopefully we would see Owen again. Thank you so much, Owen.

After visiting a couple of other stores where the staff were not really interested in helping, Ash listened carefully to what I needed, showed me some shoes to get an idea of the style and did some searching on his phone before bringing exactly what I wanted from the back. He was patient, helpful and friendly. Excellent service.

Liam and Kristian at the Fleetwood store were absolutely brilliant and a credit to the company.
They were friendly and professional and provided first class customer service.

Zahib was ery helpful and knowledgeable about the kinds of smart attire shoes. He also gave us a great explanation on how to use the boot care kit.

When buying clarks shoes we always attend the Clarks shop Tollgavel Beverley . The stuff there offer an outstanding customer service. Nothings is too much trouble for them, they are happy return shoes that do not fit and always happy to order replacements. They often have our order ready for when we arrive, show a genuine interest in there customers needs. They are to be recommended
