I went to Bluewater store yesterday to get school shoes for my daughter. I was supported by Nicola at Bluewater store. Nicola was so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We really your support. My daughter is so pleased with her shoes and the support you gave her. Thank you!

Called in Clarks Carmarthen for some new shoes for my holiday. Sarah was my assistant, she was very helpful and knew her stuff about shoes.
I enjoyed the whole experience and came away with a pair of nature shoes.

Reliable every time

Just popped into the Merthyr Tydfil branch today and came out with 2 pairs of leather sandals after the staff member there explained the offer to me, Karen was so helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her what customer service skills she has thank you so much

Was helped by Jenny, was very friendly and attentive, helped me with bringing shoe sizes for what I was looking for and making recommendations. She was patient but very helpful :) love the new shoes I got, after walking in them a bit they’re really gorgeous and high quality. Had some polish recommended for them I may go back and get too.

I went in for some shoes for my daughter. I spoke to one of the lovely ladies that were running about being busy then the manager publicly insulted and belittled her staff in front of us and the other customers making us feel uncomfortable and disgusted that the manager would conduct business in this manner in front of us. The worker clearly had her hands full. I think she was called Karen and the name is fitting. The assistant was lovely but at the end of the day I don’t feel comfortable funding a business with a tyrant of a manager. This needs to be reported above her chain of command as she needs to be trained in manners and morality. I don’t even know if you can train someone to be a nice person but you can try because I will never buy Clark’s shoes. I went to primark after. At least their employees aren’t bullied for no reason but being busy. I heard the managers dog in the store room as well. Why is a dog barking in the place where they keep shoes. The images on the other reviews makes sense with the ruined shoes because the dogs probably taken bites. Is this not a serious health and safety violation. I advise you to check the stores cctv. The manager looked unkept as well which doesn’t send a good message. I think she needs to work on her personality and appearance before throwing a rage in front of us my daughter was scared and when we left the shop my daughter called her miss trunchbull.

Worst company I know when dealing with a return. All returns are Evri and there are NO drop off points near me and I'm 65 miles from a Clarks shop. How on Earth am I supposed to return my parcel? I will never buy from Clarks again !!!

For me as I have had a stroke and I'd like to say how amazing Abby was at Castlepoint y",,, I expect that u r very proud to have her on your team as is she is extremely professional kind and capable as well as empathetic she's a credit to the company. She has served me a year or so a go and this is why I've returned amd will do so ago and hope that she gets the more than deserved recognition,,, many thanky to u all

We just came in to buy school shoes for our girls. The selection was great and most importantly the service!! Georgia was fantastic with the kids! She was not only patient with them, but she was also so knowledgeable about fit and feeling of the shoes. We will definitely be back again to see her when they need to the next size up!

The sales assistant was nothing short of rude, if our grandson didn’t need shoes for a special occasion, I would have walked out. Probably won’t use Clark’s again, based on the attitude. If you don’t like your job, you should move on, instead of damaging the brand.

I visited the Belfast store with my 11 month old son to get him a pair of pre walker shoes. We were assisted by Angela who couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. She made a fuss of my 11 month old and made his experience very enjoyable. She was very professional and a complete credit to Clarks. I will definitely be back to visit her when it's time for him to get his next pair of shoes. Excellent service

Received great service in the Belfast city centre store from Paul and Angela and it was no trouble for them to get what we wanted. Good to have friendly staff

I went into the Middlebrook branch at Bolton to buy some footwear.
Karen was simply awesome. She showed me what was available and helped me choose the best footwear for me. Thank you Karen.

We visited the Harlow Store and dealt with Megan who was patient and sympathetic to my wife’s plantur fasciitis ailment and gave great advice on the right shoes to look at. We ended up buying 3 pairs!
