With limited mobility I required a.ramp and new door to be fitted to enable me to leave my home. From first contact with the Clarks and their associate company, Just Trade Windows, until the final completion of the work communication was excellent. The ramp and door are quality products and the fitting first class. I didn't get everyones name involved except Richard who surveyed and advised who together with Glynn did the ramp fitting. My thanks to everyone involved.
Fully recommend.

Visited the Gleadless shop today. As per usual the girls were fantastic in in every way. Professional helpful and cheerful. They supply 1st class customer service and both of them are an asset to the company.

Went to the Handsworth site to get myself a scooter.I was greeted by a lovely lady called katrina.Nothing was to much trouble and she made my experience very comfortable.Her knowledge was amazing.

Having had a poor reception from another company in Sheffield (not Clarks, Gleadless), I was relieved to find Clarks were very friendly and informative. I was able to drive the Illusion Endurance scooter and I was given plenty of time to make up my mind about purchasing it, without any pressure whatsoever. Katrina was very professional and helpful, and she made absolutely sure we understood all the details of our purchase.

I recently visited Clark and Partners Gleadless store with my 91 year old neighbour who has dementia to purchase a Riser Recliner chair
Julie the assistant was fantastic Very caring and very helpful There was no rush at all She sussed out all my neighbours requirements and had another chair brought to the Gleadless store so we had a choice of chairs for smaller persons !
On our return my neighbour chose a lovely chair in a fabric that suited her living room decor again the assistant was very helpful
The chair was a great price compared with other outlets
Delivery was promised before Christmas and it was delivered on 16th Dec
The delivery guy was very patient and kind to my neighbour giving full instructions on how to use the remote which was a challenge ! He had a full day of deliveries but gave all the time we needed
My neighbour loves her chair It’s so comfy and looks amazing in her lounge

I cannot praise Clark & Partners enough after installing our Stiltz Duo lift.
Following Paul's initial visits to assess our home for the suitability of a through ceiling lift, Jim took on the management of our project.
Communication is key for the success of any company and Paul and Jim ensured that we were fully informed and involved and updated us on all our questions and queries. Their friendly, professional and knowledgeable communications gave us the confidence to secure Clark's services and go ahead with the purchase and installation.
An installation date was booked and Steph and Kim arrived to put a large hole in our hallway ceiling through to one of our bedrooms. We have an old house that set many challenges for them, but their expertise, knowledge and skills dismissed any of our anxieties.
They prepared the site by protected our carpets, moving furniture and involved us in each step of the work they had to do. They ensured our safety throughout and were approachable and a pleasure to have in our home.
As for their skill at doing the work we were amazed that they achieved over and beyond what we expected.
Once Chris had installed the necessary electrics Carl, John and Richard arrived. It took them under 2 days to build and install our lift and they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and customer focused.
On completion of the work Jim and Carl ensured that we were totally happy with the lift, that we could use it safely, and we were happy with how the work had been carried out.
Thank you to everyone one of them for treating our home so well, protecting and cleaning up every day, involving us when needed, and doing such an excellent job.
This lift has changed our lives. My husband no longer has to fight with his lungs to get up the staircase which caused him to stay downstairs all day. He now has choice and freedom to walk around our home on both levels. It has given him some quality of life back.
If anyone is considering a through ceiling lift we would highly and totally recommend Clark's services and the Stiltz Duo lift and would be happy, with prior arrangement with Clarks, to show you our lift in situ and the benefits it has given to our daily lives.

Came out to repair my Grandmas mobility scooter. Excellent service and a speedy response from me calling them. Would defiantly recommend to others and will be using them in the future for sure.

We have been looking for a mobility scooter for my husband for a while it’s a minefield out there, there are so many to choose from. Yesterday we went to Clark & partners in Gleadless and met Julie and Jerry who were very friendly and professional. They assessed my husband‘s requirements and demonstrated several that would suit him showing him how to get them into the car boot they didn’t have the most suitable one in the shop and telephoned the Orgreave shop, Thank you both for your help. We met a lady at the Orgreave Shop called Mandy she also was very friendly and professional really knew her stuff too. She showed us the scooters that would suit my husband and demonstrated their use, she didn’t push or rush us and took time to make sure we were certain we were buying the right one. Thank you very much Mandy, Clark & Partners, wonderful staff they are doing you proud

I was unsure what type of scooter to get for our local hills and a lady called Katrina brought 2 out to demonstrate them to me. She was very patient and ultimately advised me against the ones I had chosen as they wouldn't cope with the inclines. So no high pressure sales and useful advice.

Carl and John have recently installed a ceiling hoist in our bedroom. They communicated exactly what they were going to do and did an excellent job ensuring that everything was put back in its place. Thank you.

I’d highly recommend Clark & Partners,
We had a lot of adaptations done on our home i.e several door widening, new doors fitted , floor joists put in ,external ramp fitted and wetroom put in.
They go above and beyond to meet your needs , lovely professional finish

Paul & Stef came today to set up a ramp to access outside in wheelchair. Brilliant job done by really lovely & friendly guys. Really helpful & stayed until practiced using it. Can’t praise them enough & really pleased with the ramp.
