Excellent care

I was very hesitant about letting strangers into my home , but the staff from Flair have been wonderful. They are just not competent with getting me ready and my medication , they bring such warmth and humour into the house. They actually listen to me and encourage me to do what I can on my own. The service provided by Flair has been excellent.

Very Pleased

I’m very pleased with the care my mum receives. The staff are friendly, respectful, and take the time to ensure she is comfortable and well looked after. Communication has been good, and any concerns have been handled promptly. Overall, it’s a dependable and caring service that gives us peace of mind.

we cannot thank Flair healthcare Ltd enough for the care they provided me.The carers were prompt, professional, and genuinely compassionate. They not only handled physical care but also emotional stability.The office staff was proactive in communicating schedule changes, which was a huge relief for us.
