I sent Ryan my CV late one evening and by lunchtime the next day, he'd booked me in for two interviews, both successful. He knew everything about the schools I was interviewing at which made me feel a lot more confident that they would be good fits for me. Very dedicated to the job, I've definitely texted/called him more than anyone recently - really easy to communicate with! Shevonnae at Clarus has been fantastic! From my initial application she guided me through everything I needed to do in order to secure the position I wanted. She explained what paperwork was needed and went out of her way to connect me with a school that is perfect for me. I have worked with Danny for years and he is the only person I fully trust to find me the perfect candidates for roles in school. From Senior Leaders to SEN TAs, he will only ever put forward people for the role that he is sure will meet his, and my, high expectations. Danny listens carefully and asks questions to ensure he knows exactly what you are looking for. He knows that as well as the right skills and knowledge, the right personality is key in matching candidates with schools and roles. When my own daughter needed a 1:1 TA to support her medical needs when starting school school, I asked her school to contact Danny as I knew he would find the right person. He did just that and we have just finished the first week of school and her TA is amazing. I would not hesitate in recommending Clarus Education to any school for their recruitment needs.

I have had a really good experience at Clarus Education. The team are incredibly friendly and really listen to what their staff are interested in and passionate about. Upon meeting Josh and George during my interview and signing up, they made me feel really welcome and excited to work! I was placed in an amazing school where I was able to improve my skills and learn more because my working needs were met. George has been very supportive whilst I've been working and has always made me feel well looked after. Its been really nice to feel valued and to have a more personal relationship with my employer which is unusual when working for an agency.
