My experience with Clarus Education has been such a positive one. They really helped to match me to the perfect school. George helped me to fully prepare for the interview and I got offered the job on the same day- I got placed with a school within a week of applying with Clarus Education. George is also available any time to answer questions you have and he is very friendly and approachable. Would 100% recommend! Thank you!

I have been working for Clarus Education for the past year and it has been a really enjoyable experience. I was placed in a really lovely school as a teaching assistant which really suited me and I felt that a lot of care was put into matching my skills and personality to the schools suggested by the agency. The initial interview and joining process was really easy and smooth and once placed in my school I felt well looked after.
My consultant George has been wonderful throughout the whole year; always quick to respond whenever I had any problems or concerns. He has also been really supportive and helpful, so a big thank you for that George!

I am very grateful for everything James has done for me at Clarus, he has been extremely supportive throughout the whole process, from the interview stage, to still supporting me throughout my year at school, and I can't thank him enough. James was constantly available, answering all my queries without hesitation, and doing his very best to overcome any issues. It was my first time joining an agency, and I am so glad I had James as my consultant.

I recently returned to the U.K. after years living abroad and wasn’t sure what to expect but I’m really happy with the job placement I got with Clarus Education. After applying for a few roles, I got an initial phone call from Danny Jillions to find out a bit more about me, my experience and to find out what I was looking for so he could place me with the right agent. I got put in touch with George Mair and he too was great to work with. We had an informal interview and he was very transparent about the process—with regards to the pay system, the school, and even gave me very useful advice about getting into teacher training (something I hadn’t considered as an option for me). He did a great job creating a sellable profile of me to the school, which of course helped me in the interview and with getting the job. After securing a role, they’ve stayed in touch with getting me set up to the systems, compliance and all the other paperwork-y stuff. I would recommend Clarus to anyone looking for a role in education. They’re very progressional and really do the best they can to get to where you want to be!

I applied for a post through the guardian website. Clarus were very quick to get back to me and I dealt with a couple of different people, everyone was extremely friendly, professional and helpful! Managed to secure a post in lightning quick time through Shevonnae even during the middle of a pandemic. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic recruitment experience with Danny @ Clarus. My son was diagnosed with cancer in April and we were looking for a home-school teacher for him for next year. Danny helped us to clarify what we were looking for and thoroughly understood that it had to be as much about the person as the teaching qualifications. Within weeks we have agreed for a new teacher to start. Best of all Clarus are donating their fee to a cancer charity. Thanks so much to all at Clarus.

I applied for a post via indeed, Danny was very quick to get in contact to discuss what I was looking for and immediately put my mind at ease listing the possible vacancies that he felt I would enjoy/be a good candidate for (despite applying fairly late). Megan then contacted me shortly after with details of the post and put my profile forward - within a week I’d got the job. It completely took the stress out of applying, form filling and endless emails.
From beginning to end Megan was very supportive and ensured it was all taken care of.

Applying for a job through Clarus Education was my first experience with a recruitment agency, so I didn’t really know what to expect. Ryan handled my application; he was extremely friendly and supportive right from the start, and guided me throughout the whole process. He called me on the day of my interview and gave me tips and advice - this really helped with my nerves and gave me the confidence I needed. Ryan responded to all my my queries promptly and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or demanding too much support. I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan and Clarus Education.

Ryan recruited me for a role at a school in Essex and has been great at guiding me through the process.

I applied to the job on a Tuesday morning and Ryan gave me a call back the same afternoon. He gave me plenty of information about the role including what type of person the recruiters were looking for and which skills I should emphasise in the interview.

He then proceeded to liaison with the school and set up an interview for the Friday. In the meantime, he and I had a couple of calls on Zoom and over the phone to help me prepare further. By the time the interview rolled around I felt well-prepared. Ryan handled everything brilliantly, always in a diligent and friendly manner, and was quick to contact me after the interview to make sure everything had gone well. By the Sunday I found out I had got the job.

The application and interview process was smooth from beginning to end, thanks largely to how well Ryan handled my case. In the following couple of weeks, he and his colleagues kept the communication going, making sure I knew what the next steps would be. I always felt aware of what to expect from the job, including salary, travel and the work itself.

I'd highly recommend Ryan for any role that requires communication, networking, time management or training.

Ryan has been amazing in finding me exactly what i was looking for. He always came to me with various job interviews that were suited to my needs. He kept me informed and in the loop all the time and is always checking up on me to see how i am doing. The schools he found for me were amazing and found them for me within days. He made the whole process so easy and quick, compared to the struggle i faced when trying to find something alone. I would highly recommend clarus to anyone looking for recruitment.

Kelvin has been brilliant in helping me to find a job. I was able to specify the requirements and wishes that I would like from a job with no judgement or opposition from Kelvin, and we worked together to discuss the best job role for me based on what I would like to do in the future. Kelvin has been approachable, positive, encouraging and helpful throughout and the process and communication has been smooth, professional and personable. I couldn't recommend Clarus and Kelvin highly enough!

Ryan and Danny were excellent at understanding what I was looking for, and managed to find top opportunities that suited my needs. They kept me informed throughout the whole process, and I never once felt pressurised to accept/ be interviewed for positions that didn't quite fit. I had interviews within the first week and accepted a job which i'm excited to start within 2. The process was slick and efficient. I would highly recommend Clarus if you want a recruitment process that puts your interests and satisfaction first

Ryan made what could have been a very stressful and uncertain situation easy and exciting. He was professional, approachable and contactable in a matter of minutes. Found me multiple interviews for schools that were genuinely suited to me almost immediately and would call to check in regularly. I can’t wait to start my new position and I wouldn’t be in this position were in not for Ryan. A wonderful company and I couldn’t be happier to have found my new role with them.
