Servizio impeccabile
Servizio impeccabile, ci hanno preso in aeroporto e portato alla loro sede dove era già pronta l’auto.
L’auto era nuova, consegnata in tempi brevi e pulita.
La caparra che avevamo lasciato, tra le più basse del mercato, ci è stata restituita in tempi brevissimi direttamente in carta di credito.

Desplaçament fins al mateix poble anar a buscar el vehicle ens va sortir carràssim perquè a Portinatx encara aquella oficina no era oberta.
Tot hi així el vehicle correcte i el tracte igual, instruccions de tot bona informació i facilitats de pagament i fiança econòmica, tornaria a contactar amb aquesta companyia ja que jo i la meva família varem quedar contents en general . (vehicle,servei i preu...)
La fiança van trigar unes 10h en retornar.

Reliable and Friendly
The team was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. They were very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, which made everything so convenient. The car was ready and waiting when I arrived, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I also had no issues getting my deposit back. I highly recommend it !

Did not receive car at promised time
Car was promised to be ready at 10:00 am. Noboby appeared. Hotel lobby called rental service. At 10:40 somebody show up, so we had our car at 11:00 am. Waiting in your vacation for your car is a absolutely no go. Addionally rental was expensive compared to the other station in the shop.
