I don't even want to give this company one star. I received a dress from them that I feel is poor quality. I reached out to them to initiate a return and it seems impossible to just return the unworn dress just to get a refund. My last response from them was to take a picture of the dress and then take a close up picture and send that to them and they will decide if the quality is up to par. No, I am the customer and I found the quality to be horrible. That's all it should take for them to take their awful product back and give me my money back. Scam!

Ordered a dress that never arrived, emailed and had AI generated responses that didn’t add up, saying I needed to contact the courier when no courier details are stated on the fake tracking link. Scam.

Yet another awful review to keep people from giving money to this business (that isn't a business at all). Illegal thieves.

I ordered two dresses. They took forever to arrive. I received no status/shipping updates. When the dresses arrived, they were poor quality and the colors were not as seen on the website. I tried to return one of them and was informed that color was not a good enough reason for a return and the return was denied. I will not be ordering from them again. Anyone want an obnoxiously bright orange and white striped dress?

I received 2 extremely low quality dresses from them and asked for a refund. They offered me 20% off on my next purchase.
I wouldn’t even considering getting anything from this store even if someone paid me to. I wouldn’t even use their clothes to wipe my bathroom floor.
This is the worst store ever. If I could give a negative 100 review, I would. 1 is too good for their quality of service and product.
They are true scammers.

If there was an option for Zero stars I would choose this. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I made the mistake of buying a dress and its the worst item of clothing I have ever bought online. The fabric is awful, its sizing is hilarious and trying to get my money back is a joke. They keep referring to the fact the reason for my return doesn't fall under their refund policy but they don't outline the reasons for refusing returns. It's clearly not:
Fake clothes
Awful cheap fabric
Disastrous sewing,
Sizing is a joke
I actually can't think of a positive to say.

My dress was never delivered and when I went back and forth with them they insisted it was delivered. They said I had to take it up with the shipping company, though I had no control of choosing the shipping company. Shipping company confirmed that they delivered it to the wrong address in another state. When this was communicated to Claxoria they said that there was nothing that they could do. When I asked for a refund they said they could not provide one.

Bought 2 dresses. When dresses were delivered, both had quality issues. When I asked for a refund, they offered only 10% refund. I eventually accepted the offer but they never followed up, even after I emailed them multiple times afterwards for the refund.

A scam. I doubt there is even a real company. I ordered a dress Jan. 5. It is Feb. 26 and still no dress. Every time I email them, they give me a different story. When it hadn't shipped a month after ordering, they said they would refund me. Then a few days later they say oh sorry - it was just shipped - so we can't refund you now. Then they set me a fake tracking link. STAY AWAY from CLAXORIA!
