Great cleaning - thank you!

I had booked an End of Tenancy Cleaning service with Citi Clean on 22 Sep.

Need to Improve: They are mostly minor issues with the cleaner who showed up about 15 minutes late (due to bus traffic) and understood little English therefore making communication not easy at all regarding cleaning instructions. Also, the company misunderstood my cleaning instruction from the quote which was supposed to include both interior of the property plus the balcony but it was quickly resolved after ringing over to the head office and added back the balcony cleaning with £20 charge.

The good: Overall, the cleaner did an extremely diligent job as the property was not only cleaned to a professional standard but generally cleaner than when I first moved in 2 years ago. Furthermore, the cleaning was not time based thus she covered all areas (including washing machine, the stove and the overhead fans, fridge and freezer, etc...) and ended up taking about 2 hours longer than the estimated time from the quote but without extra charges to me. (Very professional and impressive as Citi Clean really gets the job done) Overall I highly recommend this to anyone looking for quality end of tenancy cleaning service. BTW, the cleaner also brought all the necessary cleaning equipment so it makes the whole booking process much simpler.

It is the second time I hire City Clean and they always offer an excellent service. Good value for price!

Great cleaning service - arrived on time, cleaned house including fridge, toilet, hob for end of tenancy cleaning service - great price as well!

Easy to book, cleaners were prompt, friendly, did a good job and messaged me half an hour before finishing as promised.

The 2 cleaners were punctual and did a good job cleaning our 2 bed 2 bath property. They were done in 3 hours. Very reliable.

I booked the end-of-tenancy cleaning for a 1-bedroom flat with carpet. I liked the user-friendly system to book and responsiveness on the day of the cleaning. My flat was cleaned and even some spots from previous tenants were removed. The inventory check out was next day and had no issues. Ask for Chris, he is great and you will not be disappointed!

Chris did our end of tenancy clean today and did an absolutely fantastic job! He even managed to clean away marks which I thought might be permanent, so really pleased. Would highly recommend if you want a thorough and spotless clean.

Hired for end of tenancy clean for £220.
Cleaners left several items unclean - had to call them to return twice to rectify.
Cleaners also stole some of my cleaning items (cleaning spray, hand soap, bin bags etc). I got the spray back after complaining; they lied and said it was an empty bottle that they threw away (bottle was brand new).
Clearly they don’t work directly for the company (cleaner told me off for reporting issues to the office!). The company should vet their cleaners more thoroughly.
Will never use them again.

It was a smooth process from beginning to end. It was easy to get a quote and book a service. Elin was our cleaner and he was exceptionally meticulous and professional with his work. I would certainly recommend them to my family and friends.

Lily is quite professional and efficient. The cleanings are spotless.
