This is the second time I have called Citi Clean for cleaning my property and I can confirm they’re very professional and did a great job both times. Definitely recommend!!

We hired Citi Clean for an end of tenancy clean. The job was not done properly. There were lots of missed areas pointed out on the check out report. The estate agent therefore had to employ their own cleaners to do a thorough clean - which obviously we had to pay for.
Citi Clean offered to re-clean the property but by that time it was too late. There was a very tight changeover schedule with new tenants moving in, and by the time we knew about the shoddy job they'd done, the new tenants had moved in.

The fact is that a re-clean shouldn't be necessary in the first place. They're supposed to be professional cleaners and get the job done right first time. They should know what is going to be inspected in an end of tenancy check out report. And judging by the other reviews here it seems like them not doing a proper job happens frequently.

They refused to refund me any of the money, and now are ignoring my follow up emails. In the end the £135 we spent with Citi Clean was money down the drain - an expensive lesson learned. Would not recommend.

Chris and Radost were excellent. They arrived right on time and worked non stop. The apartment was cleaned to a very high standard including spotless white goods (oven, fridge etc), and they were also very friendly. Would highly recommend.

I urge you not to use this company, if you want a thorough EOT clean. I was really disappointed with the clean. The standard was very poor and was picked up by the tenants, the Landlord and on the inventory report. The website says they have trained cleaners who are experienced in EOT cleans and I didn't expect to have to call them back. I could have done a better job. The carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned at all, but they were wet. The second clean showed that their first attempt was poor. The kitchen cupboards, appliances, dining table, floor etc, were not cleaned thoroughly and were still greasy after the first clean. There's quite a large percentage of negative reviews for the company and I can see why. When I called them I got a very aggressive man on the phone, who hung up and they now won't take my calls or respond to my emails. They say that they will return to clean but you really don't expect to have to call them back. You need a cleaning company who achieve high standards every time and fulfil their claims.

We called you back again, after our inventory reporter highlighted the unsatisfactory cleaning. He kept adding unsatisfactory things to his online report - and as a company you claim to do professional EOT cleans. It wasn't builders in the property - it was the landlord painting his property. When he was there it was inside the dishwasher that needed a clean. I just wanted you to do a satisfactory job the first time.

Absolutely brilliant end of tenancy clean. This is the 3rd time I’ve used Citi Clean - always great.
