The Clear Fiber team has solved my connection issue and taken my urgent need seriously.
When things work well it's good value, but support can be extremely difficult to pin down, resolution for issues takes a very long time, promised followups often don't materialise, and chases are sometimes completely ignored.

The service is top quality and the customer service experience was handled great by the customer service team 👍
The service is not working. Moved into my new house a week ago and my internet was meant to be set up already. After trying to get it sorted for a week now, there’s still no internet.
The customer service assistants are nice, we are not getting anywhere.

Easy to set up and quick resolution and response times.
ClearFibre network is good, but they failed to provide me with the wifi SSID & Key after the activation of network service.
Took advantage of their offer of a 9 month free period while my existing broadband contract comes to an end. Easy to order, engineer arrived on time and was efficient and pleasant. My wired connection is giving 904 Mbps download and 764 Mbps upload, so very happy with speeds and service so far. All good.

Update 05/06/25 - ClearFibre connection has been woeful now since 16/05/25 for me and other residents in my building. Since mid May, the internet service has been poor to nonexistent, together with a lack of communication and copy/paste responses from support that have provided no tangible information or reassurance about the problem or a timescale for a resolution. I have cancelled today, despite there being no other FTTP providers in my area. Enough is enough now. As a result, would hesitate to recommend.
Connection issues, slow internet, not stable, I reported the issue several times and it is still bad. Internet can just shut down for like 10 seconds, so all your games and applications that use internet will disconnect. They sent me new router to replace my old one, it was worse then my old one.

Never heard of clearfibre until six months ago. Since then the customer service has been excellent. Kept us fully updated when we did have an issue which was resolved quickly as promised. Thank you. Highly recommend them.
3 weeks into nearly unusable internet including speeds 50x lower than advertised. Tech support 'applying fixes' despite nothing improving constantly. Poor communication often days without response. You know it's a matter of company resources when you've had business fibre infrastructure failures that are fixed within 24 hours but this is in it's 4th week now and they still haven't diagnosed the issue. Avoid and use a more well established provider.
