Clearly.co.nz レビュー

Always loved how easy it is to deal with Clearly. Awesome.

Clearly is a very trustworthy and excellent website for glasses and contact lenses. Their customer service is fantastic, the shipping is extremely fast, and the products are outstanding in quality. From now on, this will be the only place I buy my glasses and contact lenses from. Highly recommended to everyone!

I was happy with the prompt delivery. Im just disappointed as I opened my right contact lense (Biofinity toric) only for it to break on half in my eye. Im very disappointed and would like to be reimbursed for this right eye lens.

My contacts are always in stock and they arrive pretty quickly. I've found auto-delivery is perfect. Love the gummi bears in the parcel 😃.

Incredible service and unbeatable value. This is the first company I’ve encountered in NZ that managed next-day delivery for my contact lenses, and their prices are the best I've seen on the market. The packaging was professional and the little extras in the box made the experience even better. As someone who appreciates a well-run business, I strongly recommend them to everyone.

Easy online ordering and fast delivery service.

Great fast delivery

Great choice of frames and lens coatings etc, it's fun to assemble your own glasses and it doesn't take long for them to arrive. Good range of pricing to choose from depending on how much youre willing to spend.

Mistakenly ordered wrong lenses. Finding it impossible to contact the company. Website cannot issue refund form, no answer on the phone provided. Chat service doesn't work and no reply to email!

It was easy to shop and the delivery was much earlier than scheduled. Clear communication via emails. Happy experience.

loved the gummy bears :) fast delivery, honestly amazing. I ordered these a bit ago but was gone to camp so couldn’t actyally access, but now I can! Wooo

I ordered contact lenses. The company is very efficient and reliable, My order has been delivered very quickly with DHL .
Very satisfied

Just had delivered, my first purchase from Clearly.co.nz and am over the moon with the experience, the frames i chose are of great quality, and the lenses are spot on, altogether, a great experience, couldn't recommend this company enough, Mal

Im beyond happy with the service at Clearly. My contacts arrived less than 24 hours after ordering them and there were a couple of extras inside which was such a lovely surprise!

I SAVED $26.97
Your B & L Purevision 2 is $85.00 & $67.00 after 20% discount.
Specsavers are only $59.00

Have been using Clearly for a number of years with no issues.
Suddenly, my subscription fails due to a blocked debit card. I updated my debit card on the subscription so I could order, then suddenly there are THREE identical charges to my account on a Visa hold.
There are NO orders at Clearly’s end despite me having four emails with different order numbers for each failed order attempt they made.
Customer service is USELESS. NOT A SINGLE PERSON HAS HELPED ME WITH THIS ISSUE. I contacted my bank and they can’t do anything without the business authorizing the reversal. So now I have almost $400 taken out of my account that may or may not be reversed on a “few days” and zero help from anyone. This is theft! I want my money returned.
I have never been so disgusted with an online business in my life. Beware!

Ella was exceptional, on top of getting back to me and very helpful and understanding.
Thank you!

Ordered 1.74 index lenses and they arrived thicker than the 1.67 index lenses, disappointing…

I ordered an urgent contact lenses. Wow it only took a day to deliver, well packed, and they thrown some freebies too. For me it's sticking to what you promise ie express delivery and being thoughtful and thinking of your customers. Well done, will order some more again.
