Dank voor goede hulp
Ben sowieso erg blij met mijn abonnement op not coffee en matcha! Maar kreeg nu ook superfijne en snelle hulp bij het gebruiken van de verdiende punten, zodat ik wat extra’s kon bestellen. Heel benieuwd naar de olijfolie!!

Good products but last shipment was…
Good products but last shipment was just bad, they send me a box where my pouch could fit 8x in, not able to fit in my postal box.
Huge advertising on the outside so courier’s are just a big advertisement sign. I already emailed Clearly about this cause I find this repulsive.
Then the use of AI for customer service, I know a lot of companies do this but they don’t realise they are training AI so now they are using AI and in a short time AI will use the user.
Personally I’m no fan and Hate the way AI responds.
So CLEARLY in my opinion they’re going the wrong way…don’t be cheap and give a real person that support job! Tip if you use smaller boxes (pack to size)there is money left for some new employee’s.
Will I order again, probably but there are some cracks in my opinion about CLEARLY.

Ik ben begonnen met Clearly ongeveer 3 jaar geleden .
Telkens meer producten uitgetest van Clearly met een positief resultaat.
Ondertussen gebruik ik 4 producten waar ik heel tevreden van ben .
De dagelijkse Claerly routine is top , ik geniet elke dag van het verzadigd gevoel dat je de nodige steun binnenkrijgt om je lichaam gezond en fit te houden. Je voelt het verschil echt !
Ik raad dus iedereen aan om het gewoon eens 1 maand te proberen .
Begin met Clearly nof coffee consequent elke dag te gebruiken en je zal voelen na 1 maand dat de resultaten niet liegen 👌.

I am now for a while a customer of Clearly and their subscription model works great for me. When you have bought more stuff, you get more discount. I am really a big fan of there products, especially : Clearly Not Coffee, their D3 and K2 supplement and their magnesium pills! Keep up the amazing work!

Great products and great service
Great products and great service! Whenever I need customer support from clearly they are extremely responsive which is much appreciated :) I have a bi- monthly subscription and recently requested for my upcoming order to be sent a few days earlier so I would have it in time for my holiday. Right away they responded and updated the order to be placed the next day. Thank you Clearly!

The customer care team is amazing
The customer care team is amazing. i had an issue with the payment method and they went out of their way to make it possible for me to purchase the products that i wanted.. the response time was within the day, their friendliness and attention is unmatched in this day and age where customer service is not valued... their products are great and i keep coming back but after this experience i wouldn't consider trying anything else this was an amazing experience all round.

Top service
Er was iets mis gegaan met de mail van dhl, waarvoor ik dacht dat het pakket nog niet verstuurd was. Na een mail (na 5 uur savonds) naar clearly kreeg ik binnen een uur een mail teug dat het pakket bij het afhaal punt was. Dus die heb ik snel nog af kunnen halen voordat hij terug gestuurd werd. Top service dus. Bedankt bob!

Magnesium mix heeft mij nog rust teruggegeven
Ik gebruik nu ruim 4 weken de magnesium mix. Na jaren van niet nauwelijks of niet efficiënt slapen, merkte ik dat het steeds vaker een nacht beter ging. Een week geleden was de eerste keer sinds lange tijd dat ik 's avonds naar bed ging om te slapen en 's morgens vroeg pas wakker werd. Wat een verademing.
Magnesium mix heeft mij mijn nachtrust teruggegeven.
