It is the worst experience , l think those who gave 5stsrs it was just the beginning of this company, l have told them many times that l did not use their service because their card is not working, l was introduced by a friend who said letâs try it .I ended up paying the full amount of l what l wanted to use to card for but now they keep threatening me about action taken , l should be the one taking action against them.They are evil .Their service was not successful why should l pay instead of getting a refund.People stay away you will regret it Donât use clear pay .I thought it was a good idea but not they keep bombarding me with text messages.

So no one can order from a specific company, everyone one is getting same error message but apparently it's my fault!!! Going round in circles for two weeks with useless people..customer service is non existent

If I could give 0 stars i would! Dont waste your time.. they are untrustworthy. They punish more than they reward.. I had to make a payment manually and pretty much lost all my credit. I was unable to make purchases for emergency groceries and only help I recieved was a pre scripted bot and customer service if they actually respond talk down to you are extremely rude, illiterate and just down rite vile and unhelpful. You can purchase gift cards one day then the next week they are removed with no reason as to why. Half the brands and shops on the app do not work and you cannot make a payment. The fact that I was with clearpay for so long, payments always on time other than manually having to transfer it as the registered account does bot hold my money so I have to manually transfer it. After talking with customer service they made it very clear that it was a missed payment and they have no control over the outcome as it was my fault basically... even though it was paid the sane day minutes after the money was trying to be withdrawn from the account. Staff are rude and obnoxious. You use this service because of money problems and to spread the cost only to get treated like a disposable income to them. Making purchases are never the price it says as clear pay seems to add more money on top for instance spend £15 but the total is around £27.. they had no answer for this. In the help chat with customer service they just ghost you once they have had enough and your ignored for weeks. My account has just been suspended due to late payment and I'm glad it has. Stick your money up you arses absolute thieving scum. Will never use again and people need to take heed to these reviews. Its starts of good and after a few months in you just get shafted. Clearpay needs closing down and an investigation launched. Stay clear of this app!
No support in hard times
If you are using Clearpay, there is a high chance you are not rich, meaning, financial issue could likely arise... in times of need there is little to no support from Clearpay. You can move 1 payment a few days once. After that they refuse. If a last minute issue arises you can't move the payment date. Then they penalise you for it. It's best to avoid a service like within who is essentially there to help you afford thing because you don't have the funds but isn't understanding when something comes up.
Avoid scammers
Avoid. They are still trying to take money from my account. I put a closed cc on there and theyâre they are that stupid they are trying to use it. I closed my account last year and still theyâre trying to take money from a closed account as my bank keeps notifying me. They are scammers. I ended up paying £69 for something I didnât order and even though I gave them proof they still insisted Iâd ordered it from Amazon. Stay away from these people. All Amazon transactions UK. Japan. China. USA. So hopefully theyâve now got the messsge. Delete. Delete. Delete.

Signed up and downloaded app was given credit limit etc but they then asked for ID. As I donât drive or have a passport it said birthlines and utility bill was fine so I sent both along with bank statement and my citizenship Photo ID card so MORE than enough itâs now 48 hours later and still nothing back from them. How long did other people wait for this verification?
Fraudulent practices in the UK!

Reporting them to Trading Standards and The Financial Ombudsman! Tried to open an account and was told I had an account 5 years ago and an outstanding balance of 49£, 22! Emails with them, hours of messaging back and forth and trying to sort this and repay the debt I didnât know I had with them, being made to believe I can then use their services again. But low and behold, once I paid this, I got a message saying they will NEVER offer me their services again! Imagine the cheek! Their fraudulent tactics to get me to pay will absolutely be reported!

Customer service the worst
I've been using them for a good while. Recently asked the to change a payment date which was fulfilled but they froze my account cool made the payments and upto now still can't use my account as I need to get them to now unfreeze it. I've massaged then twice and still no message back next time I just won't bother.

I've been using clearpay for about 6 mouths,I've never had a problem with them quite the opposite, excellent for purchasing goods,I missed a couple of payments one time,but paid in full,they didn't have s problem with this,will be using them regularly great for emergencies if you need some items in a rush,keep up the good work clearpay ððððð

I'm now using Klarna as I knew a payment won't go through so i was changing my payment card. The app won't go through the process.

This company does not protect your money. If you need to dispute charge they will wash their hands as soon as possible with automatic email "we are third party company, nothing we can do" ...
It's good only until is good to make them money, but if you need help from them for not received items forget about it.
I closed my account because I do not want my money to be with untrusted company. If they work against me why I should have my debit card linked with them... never again.
