Great communication, staff know all about their products. Easy to deal with.

Just had the pleasure with dealing with this company for advice on a Matrix system installed at a house I’ve recently moved in to. I spoke to Adam who took his time to go explain how the system works and what maintenance regime I need to follow. Excellent and thank you.

Answer to my prayers. My original installer let me down last minute, however Clenviro stepped in and recommended one of their local registered installers to me and the system was in the ground and installed by the end of the week.

I had a problem with my Charles Austen Air Pump that is part of my Matrix system. The red beacon was flashing intermittently and I had a loss of air into my biomass compartment. I contacted Clenviro for assistance. They were very helpful and started a q & a over the phone to see if they could help me identify a possible solution to my problem. Eventually we came to an agreement that the diaphragms in the pump had probably failed and Clenviro proposed I purchase a service kit for the pump and change them over rather than purchase a new pump. Clenviro were brilliant - they emailed me a YouTube tutorial link on how to replace the diaphragms, magnet and filter that were part of the service kit. They also provided me with a distributor that could supply the kit at a fair price. I ordered the kit on line and received delivery in 2 working days. With the aid of the tutorial I changed over the items in the service kit and was delighted that this resolved my pump problem (both of the old diaphragms had in fact split). My Matrix system is back up and running. A huge thanks to Clenviro - wonderful service!

Excellent communication with Clenviro Ltd, i had a quote back for my system within the hour which wasn't the cheapest on the market but I didn't want a Rota Moulded product as you hear horror stories about them imploding. Delivery was in 5 working days direct to my house at 7am as requested, installed by my local builder who said it was straight forward compared to many others on the market, we had to have a specific inlet invert (930mm) due to where it was to be installed and the MATRIX tank came with that exact measurement. Overall we would highly recommend Clenviro and their products.

The staff at Clenviro go above and beyond the call of duty and nothing is too much trouble, like a company from the old days helpful, friendly and polite. We install their STP's on a regular basis because they are built sturdily and once they are in the ground they are easy to work on and you can see exactly how the plant is performing .
Adam is our point of contact at Clenviro and is especially helpful, he has helped us with some difficult builds this year. Deliveries are always on time and if you want your delivery at 7am you get it at 7am. A great company to work with.

From ordering to delivery, Clenviro communicate effectively and in a timely manner. Staff are knowledgeable and courteous. The Matrix plant is robust & easy to install. Overall a happy customer.
