Ich habe bezahlt und das Produkt ist nie angekommen. Eine Antwort bekommt man auch nicht!!!

Man könnte glauben dass das Produkt wirkt,, aber nach 5 monate kur kam kein haar besser, nich mehr haarausfall und ich hab immer noch die gleichen lücken.
Für mich alles betrug und gelogen!!!! Ich will mein geld zurück. Finger weg von dieser Betrug.

Testimonials are fake and the texts from the so-called experts too. He just took random photos from other websites or generated them. Don't waste your money there.

Sucht nach Purc oder Hair Oil im Aliexpress und schaue da, gleiche flasche, gleicher inhalt, zumindest war er so klever und hat die Kleber entfernt und das eigene logo darauf geklebt, Dropshipping müll kann man nur sagen mit einer Marge von 200% oben drauf von 2,80.- auf 29.90

Betrüger. Ecom Raho Romero verkauft ein Produkt was man auf Alixpress für ein viertel kaufen kann. Schade dass solche Leute in der Schweiz betrügen können. Bitte meldet die Firma.

I ordered the hair serum from Clerassè Switzerland, expecting a premium product – especially considering the price (CHF 60 for 3 x 35ml). What I received, however, was disappointing.

The actual ingredients listed on the bottle are completely different from what’s advertised on the official website. Instead of high-quality botanical actives, the product is mostly made of cheap filler oils like Paraffinum Liquidum (mineral oil), synthetic emollients, artificial coloring, and a few essential oils. It feels like a low-cost cosmetic product sold at a luxury price.

I also contacted the seller multiple times via email and contact forms – it’s been over two weeks and I’ve received no reply whatsoever.

The company behind it (Ecom Raho Romero, Bern) appears to be a small reseller that runs several different webshops, and the product doesn’t seem to be Swiss-made at all. The use of “Switzerland” in the brand name is highly misleading.

Be careful – the product is not dangerous, but in my opinion, it’s massively overpriced and you don’t get what you paid for. I would not recommend or repurchase.
