Using Clerk.io has been a really positive experience for us so far. The tool has definitely helped out driving sales, and not only that but provided a really good working search on the website.

The team over at Clerk.io is awesome to work with, it really feels as if they are a part of your team, helping you make your shop as good as possible.

We have had the pleasure to work with Gabriele on the Clerk team who has always made sure that everything is running smoothly, quickly and efficiently, often giving us tips on how to improve our results even more, and even taking on the work himself. So we greatly appreciate his and the teams work.

In short, this is a shortcut to getting more conversion and a better working online store, me and my team cannot recommend it enough.

Abbiamo iniziato a usare Clerk dopo il covid e ci ha dato davvero una mano a risollevarci in un momento difficile. Ha sostituito molto bene dei vecchi programmi che usavamo prima, che ormai facevano meno cose e pure peggio, quindi li abbiamo abbandonati senza rimpianti.

Da allora mi trovo benissimo, il servizio funziona e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi, l'assistenza poi è davvero impeccabile e veloce. Negli anni sono cambiate diverse persone del team, ognuno ha avuto modo di crescere o passare ad altro, ma ogni volta abbiamo trovato persone nuove comunque preparate e sempre disponibili, quindi tutto a posto.

Un grazie speciale va a Gabriele Mattioli, il referente attuale, con cui stiamo lavorando per aumentare la spesa media del carrello e il numero di ordini. Mi sta aiutando a implementare nuove funzioni e a capire come usarle meglio, per sfruttare al massimo quello che già abbiamo. Consigliato!

Ein tolles Programm, das Websites sehr hilft. Alles ist intuitiv, besonders praktisch ist, dass es drei Arten von Assistenten gibt:
1. Der klassische Chat für grundlegende Fragen
2. Der verbesserte KI-Chat – hier kann man alles mit einem einzigen Klick erledigen und bearbeiten, ohne überhaupt in die Einstellungen gehen zu müssen!!
3. Und für wirklich dringende Fragen habe ich meinen Lieblingsassistenten, den echten Menschen Sladian, der mir immer schnell weiterhilft.
Ich kann es nur empfehlen!

A huge thank you to Sladjan, who has been absolutely brilliant with technical support and has helped us through so many questions and challenges. Gabrielle has also been fantastic, helping us understand the system better and showing us how to get the most out of the email side of Clerk.io. Both have been incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable, with speedy responses and genuinely excellent customer service.

As for Clerk.io itself, it’s a fantastic system and has become a really useful part of our business. We’re currently using the AI search bar on our website, the AI chatbot, product recommendations and Clerk.io’s email tools to communicate with our customers.

There’s so much you can do with the platform, and we’re still discovering new ways to use it and improve our customer experience.

We’d definitely recommend Clerk.io to any business looking to upgrade their website, improve customer engagement and make better use of their data. And having such a great support team behind the system makes a huge difference!

Vi är väldigt nöjda med Clerk och samarbetet vi har haft hittills. Sedan vi började använda tjänsten har vi tydligt märkt att merförsäljningen i vår webshop har ökat, framför allt genom relevanta produktrekommendationer som hjälper kunderna att hitta fler produkter som passar dem.

So after a sales call, I was convinced that despite my concerns that I may not be able to afford the service due to my personal money issues (which I explained clearly and the guy said he "understands").

I never set up the service in the end and cancelled it. Now, I got charged after the cancellation. I didn't understand so I got it touch through chat and got given an email to contact, which I did (4 times at time of writing this) and have had zero responses from the other end. The terms say I pay once after cancelling and then once more after, but I can't even get information as to if they'll confirm that for me.

The sales agent told me how they go the extra mile for their people but the minute I have a genuine issue where I cannot afford to pay for this after being coaxed and overly comforted into taking this contract, they ignore me. So have that in mind if you don't feel like you are quite on the financial footing you feel is stable enough for engaging with this company.

They led me by the hand out of my comfort zone and now have left me for dead. Disgusting.

We recently migrated a website from WooCommerce to Shopify. Stefan from the Clerk.io support team, handled the migration and integration from scratch, with minimal input from ourselves. We just needed to help with the initial set-up of the custom app in Shopify (pretty straightforward, following instructions as provided) and approving the design layouts, and functionality when required. Couldn't be happier with the result, along with ease of communication in creating a smooth, swift process.

A great effort and much appreciated.

We finally dropped our old search setup and moved our product catalog over to Clerk.io. Because we run on a completely custom tech stack, mapping our unique item attributes was a huge headache at first. Thankfully, their live chat team got involved fast and actually walked us through fixing the tracking problems. Once we got past that initial hurdle, the search relevance and ranking rules have worked exactly like we need them to.

I had some different challenges with using Clerk, but I discovered that I could use their online chat. Sladjan from their support team was able to help me with the different issues, and now our search function works much better on the webshop.

The customer service at Clerk is on another level. They're responsive and go the extra mile to solve problems quickly. We replaced Doofinder with Clerk search and also use their AI chat bot. Both have been superb and highly customisable. Very happy with their services.

Le résultat est à la hauteur des attentes : la plateforme couvre efficacement la grande majorité des besoins d'un site e-commerce, avec une intégration cohérente de ces trois fonctionnalités en un seul outil.
Quelques points méritent d'être signalés : les échanges avec l'équipe se font exclusivement en anglais, ce qui peut représenter une contrainte selon les profils, et la roadmap manque parfois de clarté sur les évolutions à venir. Cela dit, le support reste réactif et sait prendre en compte les retours des utilisateurs, ce qui est appréciable.
Enfin, le rapport qualité/prix est un vrai atout : pour le périmètre fonctionnel proposé, la tarification se révèle très compétitive face aux alternatives du marché.

Assistenza in tempo reale, veloce e che ti aiuta a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Nessun risponditore BOT. Nel mio caso sono stato assistito da Santiago in lingua italiana, particolare non da poco.

Their support teams and chat are generally very very helpful at rectifying your issues.

We are on a bespoke platform, so things aren't as plug in and play for us as they can be for other Clerk.io users.

There have been teething problems in the past and it was a lot of work getting Clerk to work as well as it probably can do for most people on our website.

We use recommendation sliders and the search function.

On the whole it is a great tool, it tracks pretty accurately, and the data it gives is very useful

There are some functions and things I wish it could do, which would help me more and I think would be fairer billings wise, but those things won't change.

Our experience with Clerk has been extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable.

The solution was very clearly sold to us as a simple “plug-and-play” setup that would be live within days. This urgency was also used during the sales process to push for a quick signature. In reality, weeks passed after the contract start date without the solution being live or delivering any value.

Despite this, we were charged from day one.

Throughout the onboarding period, communication was inconsistent and largely reactive. We repeatedly had to chase updates, correct issues ourselves and ask for basic clarity on timelines and progress. At one point, the person responsible for the implementation was out of office without any proper handover or proactive communication, which further delayed everything.

Most concerning was the clear gap between what was verbally promised during the sales process and what was later referred to as the “standard implementation timeline.” Expectations were simply not set honestly from the beginning.

When we finally chose to terminate the collaboration due to lack of delivery, our emails regarding termination and previously agreed conditions were effectively ignored. Instead of acknowledging the situation and working towards a fair solution, the focus remained on defending the billing and pushing us to go live — even after we had clearly communicated that we no longer wished to proceed.

Charging customers for a product that is not operational, failing to communicate transparently, and then disregarding termination requests is not how professional SaaS partnerships should work.

Based on this experience, we strongly advise others to be very cautious. We would not recommend Clerk.
