Really happy with the service provided by Mihai for a CCTV drainage report ahead of a house purchase. Provided a clear and detailed report on a timely manner and answered any follow up questions I had. Would definitely recommend their services.

I was very impressed with the service - he was very thorough, explained everything well and clearly knew what he was talking about and went above and beyond what he needed to do to ensure I had all the information I needed. Clever Works was very responsive to enquiries and follow up questions. They communicated directly with the Structural Engineer to make sure they understood exactly what was required from them. They fitted us in quickly and completed the job and reported back to us in a very short time frame. The left the job site clean and seem to take pride in their work.

I contacted Clever Works to organise a build-over survey for our planned extension. I didn't really understand what we needed to provide to Thames Water but Mihai immediately put me at ease and explained the process clearly. When carrying out the survey, Mihai was very professional and talked me through everything so that I better understood. He also took the time to provide me with guidance and advice for the build. The report received after the survey was very detailed whilst being easy for me to understand. I can highly recommend Clever Works.

After repeated issues with smells coming from our garden we contacted Clever Works and they recommended we do a CCTV Drain Survey to ascertain what the problem could be.

The engineer found that we had serious root ingress and this caused the drains to backup. They proceeded to cut back the roots and install a Drain liner in the affected area.

Our drains are now as clean as the day they were installed and I’m sure we will get many more years out of them.
