Tom and his team did a fantastic job converting our heating system to a smart system, worked quickly, everything clean and tidy, and kept it simple and efficient, solving any problems easily. Would highly recommend them.

From the first point of contact requesting for advice about a solar system, till the job was done, we had excellent customer care. The job was done promptly and as per schedule.
All the different tradesmen were professional and well experienced. No one left any mess around.

Clever Energy attends to our annual gas and boiler servicing in Oxford and all plumbing needs, including the installation of a shower. Tom moved a complex set of pipes and meters to allow the creation of a hall cupboard on the ground floor and a cupboard on the first floor. We so trust Tom that we asked him to check over and sort out some potentially complex boiler issues in a relative's London flat. He is a very pleasant and interesting person too.

Tom is one of the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable tradesman, I have had the pleasure to know.
His understanding of sustainable energy is unprecedented.
My value of tradesman is based on their honesty and help, when you need them the most.

James was very thoughful about all the issues they encountered and he and Callum worked hard to leave us with some heating for the first night and check everything was working well before they left on Day 2.

I have used Tom for several years and he always provided a dependable and efficient service. This time, I needed a new immersion heater and Tom was able to send James the next day. James phoned to let me know that he was 20 minutes away and arrived with the replacement part to hand. James carried out a clean and tidy job performed in a very pleasant and professional manner. Not a huge, nor difficult job but it was done fuss free. CleverEnergy are my ‘go to’ company for central heating services and more.

We have used Clever Energy since 2014 and we have been brilliantly served all that time. Our latest project required replacing the boiler, all the radiator valves, the pump, the valves and the electronics. The system now works beautifully, so our thanks go to Tom, James and Steve who worked tirelessly to implement it.
We can thoroughly recommend Tom and crew, they are always cheerful, know what they're doing, leave the place tidy, and are very efficient. We are just so pleased that we managed to find a plumber that we can rely on completely.

Tom, James and Steve are absolutely brilliant! We had three things go wrong at once (boiler/radiators, toilet and tap) and received a very speedy response and visit.

The issues were diagnosed beforehand through photos and questions so that Steve and James knew what they were walking into.

They were super friendly, immaculately tidy and respectful of the house, and fixed everything in a short time. I especially liked that they showed us the issues and talked us through everything. They even gave me a few belly laughs which I really appreciate in times like these.

This isn’t the first time Tom and his team have helped us out, they’ve also added gas pipes through our attic to our kitchen, fitted a gas hob, sorted underfloor pipe work in our living room and fitted a shower for us.

I feel so lucky to have Clever Energy on hand to help us. It’s great to have such lovely, knowledgeable and trustworthy people locally.

It was a refreshing change to find a plumber who answered our query and was keen to do the work. From emails and photos we sent, Tom was able to understand what was required and made suggestions to change what work we thought would be needed that saved us money.
James did a good job and we are pleased with the replacement kitchen tap, heated towel rail and the thermostatic valves on all the radiators.
We would always advise friends who need a plumber to talk to Clever Energy.

Tom and his team have just completed a long list of jobs for us including replacing a bath with a shower tray and screen, tiling a bathroom, flushing and revamping our central heating system, replacing a kitchen tap etc. All jobs great and small executed efficiently and to a very high standard. I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommended.

To be fair to this company my parents had a leak from the hot water pipe leading to the boiler which was originally fitted by them in Sept. We rang them Friday at 4pm they returned our call to say someone would contact them. I went home. My parents rang me at 10am the following morning to say a workman had rang them at 9am and turned up at 9.30am and sorted it. I was very happy with their service as i understand its Easter and wasn't expecting anyone to do the job before so thankyou Clever Energy. Great Service.

Efficient, friendly and affordable service.

Very quickly arranged a plumber to come and replace my leaky kitchen tap. James couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant, first rate service all round.

We were impressed with the service throughout our experience with clever energy and could not have been any happier with the work ethic of the workmen who fitted the new system there worked long days and barely drew breath but kept smiles on their faces throughout
