Your response is honestly just an excuse to shift the blame onto me for your system's failures. How is it acceptable that your platform allows overspending beyond the $10 daily budget I clearly set? If the system prioritizes bid settings over budgets, then what’s the point of having a budget feature at all? This isn’t a real-time scenario issue—it’s a flaw in your system design.

You claim I didn’t use your tools like the Traffic Inventory or contact a personal manager. Why would I need to use those tools when I already set a budget limit? Your system should stop at $10—period. The fact that it didn’t proves that your platform doesn’t work as advertised.

Also, let’s talk about your so-called “warning.” You admitted that warnings don’t appear during campaign duplication or editing, yet you still blame me for this mistake. How is that fair? Your incomplete system design caused this issue, not me.

Let me give you an example of professional customer service: just last month, I had a problem with Hostinger. They renewed a service and took money from my bank account without prior notice. When I contacted them, their team handled the situation professionally, solved my problem, and refunded the amount promptly. Why? Because they value their reputation and take responsibility for their mistakes.

As for refunds, I don’t care about your obligations to publishers. My obligation as a customer is to trust that your platform will respect my settings, and it failed miserably.

Instead of addressing the issue, you’re just making excuses. This experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I will continue to share it across all platforms so others don’t fall into the same trap. Your system is broken, your support is dismissive, and your accountability is non-existent. Worst platform I’ve ever used.

They refuse to pay the remaining balance for ads and ignore support emails. Many of the 5-star reviews are from their own team, so their actual rating is much lower than it appears. I do not recommend them.

Apparently you need minimum traffic requirement as a publisher, verified by Google, in order to use their ad platform. Nowhere was this mentioned in their site requirements. In fact, many folks referred to this network because they didn't have this requirement. Not sure if something changed but that's a major disappointment.

The worst company ever is a fraudulent and fraudulent company. The support is also bad. I do not advise you to deal with it because it is a scam. I put in $105, created a campaign, and set a budget for the campaign of $30. I see that more than $156 was spent without my knowledge.This is illegal, and also more than 56.9 percent of the traffic is invalid, bots, proxies, etc., and I sent a message to support. Using clickadu for pop- unders for about 2 years. Gives trouble to some as I got some complians but payment is hassle-free plus they automatically increased the cpm twice.

CPM is low with them, but they pay reqularly. In general, I'm happy with them.

For me, Clickadu is my favorite ad network to advertise on. for many years I have bought 300x250, 300x100, pop ads, video ads consistently at HIGH RATES of traffic (million of impressions, spending $$$) and I consistently saw returns on my investments. Their targeting options are extensive, so you can really pinpoint the specific traffic that you want. You can host ads directly on their network and they have MANY macros that can be implemented within your destination url to optimize your campaigns even more! they have great support. payment portal is easy. they also offer advertising and publisher profiles/features. Thanks to the clickadu team! This is an unsponsored review. Genuinally, love this platform, especially for global traffic - usa,mexico, europe, everywhere.

After running ads for a long time, the traffic quality is very good, the conversion rate is stable, especially the Chinese traffic I need, which has been sufficient for many years, and the account manager's responses to my campaign optimization are very timely and helpful.

Если планируете работать, то сразу пишите менеджеру какие у вас цели, подскажут какие параметры кампании лучше всего подойдут под ваш запрос.

Clickadu is a legit platform for Media Buyers. I've worked with them for more than 5 years as an advertiser and their team is experienced, trustworthy and delivers excellent results. Whoever says the opposite, either they didn't know what they were doing or they expected miracles or to have results without work. Furthermore, they're not shady at all, it's one of the few companies in the space located in europe, which gives very little space for "scams".

Dasha, our account manager, is super helpful, incredibly quick, and exceptionally effective in addressing our concerns or needs.

As for the platform itself, I don't have anything negative to say. It's simple: if the traffic aligns with your goals, you'll see great results. If not, it's best to explore other options. Overall, it's been a positive experience, and we've managed to get great results in certain geos.

According to my experience, Clickadu is one of the finest ad networks out there. Its user-friendly interface, extensive ad inventory,  strong performance metrics, and outstanding assistance, especially from Sebastian and Alexander, make it a top choice for advertisers like myself looking to maximise the effectiveness of our campaigns.It's a game-changer in the business, and it's definitely worth looking into for your advertising requirements.

Reading the dumb and disgusting reviews of another regular Indus, who barely can afford to put a 100 bucks to test out the traffic, running on the lowest possible bid or a geo/targeting with 10-20+M daily impressions and then complain here about the quality - my dear lord, you all are just disgrace of the earth! Just go find a women (or a man) and drink a Coffee with your so called 'ad budget'! As for the pubs, who complain about the earnings - why don't you show your website here in a review? So we can check how much traffic it has exactly!

And no - I'm not the Clickadu employee, I'm just the one running it for years and understand, how a pack of low skilled and low brained indusians, can drop down the reviews!

The account manager has no knowledge of the website or even a minimal understanding of what the ad tag attributes mean. Don't expect technical support at all. However, I don't think cpm is that bad.

* Please note that while they claim to offer a 100% fill rate, the actual number of ad impressions falls significantly short of what my previous ad network provided, making their fill rate less than 100% (or I don't know how to communicate this phenomenon, but from my point of view, it's not 100% fill rate). I encountered this issue few months ago and it continues to persist, making it an ongoing concern.

* Nonetheless, they do provide a higher fixed CPM, potentially resulting in better overall income. However, I still find myself missing out on the additional $20 daily that I could have earned with a true 100% fill rate.

* The manager is highly responsive and takes many proactive steps.

* The ads themselves are clean and well-presented.
