Our support team already contacted you to solve the problem, so we’ll explain it once again to confirm we did our best to help you.

We advised you not to target several large GEOs in one campaign to avoid overspending your budget. It is totally normal platform behavior, so the best way here will be to narrow targeting and not launch multi-geo campaigns in the first place.

Your $10-$15 budget will be overspending real quick on high-traffic volume GEOs like India, Indonesia, and others. Our support team told you to narrow targeting or increase the budget up to $30 to evade overspending and campaign shutdown.

We assure you, it is quite normal in any other advertising network.

It’s a pity you've been disappointed with our network.
Your account was banned for fraudulent activity which is strictly prohibited in Clickadu Ad Network.

Unfortunately, you’ve provided shady traffic, the GEOs didn’t match the impressions, and there were no conversions at all. On our part, we take traffic quality inspection very seriously to provide only the best service to our customers.

We also need to mention, that our support contacted you via Skype and e-mail to consider the situation and warn you about the possible block.

First of all, we are really sorry about all the trouble with us, and we understand your frustration about your account locking.

Any practice of disguising (cloaking) an Ads with different content or landing page is prohibited on our platform. Clickadu shall have the right, in proven cloaking attempts, to ban Your Advertiser Account, withhold the account balance, and take all necessary legal actions to restore the damage caused by this violation.

We want to draw your attention that we have established and are operating within terms and conditions that help all parties to cooperate in the most efficient and safe manner.
