I recently had the need to use Clifton Private Finance to try and resolve a bridging finance need, with a very tight deadline. They were superb!

Simon Mullins from Clifton dealt with my initial query and worked with me throughout to find a solution which would allow me to access c£320,000 in very short notice. His ability to identify the need, the potential solution and diligence to engage the lenders (x2 possible lenders identified!) was superbly professional and focused on solving my problem. He was able to negotiate terms with the lender team and facilitate a fast but compliant legal solution for us.

I would absolutely recommend Clifton Private Finance - and Simon specifically - to anyone seeking a finance solution. Speak to the team, they're very good!

Ben Francis was excellent and incredibly responsive. He really helped us get our mortgage for an HMO over the line.

Clifton were very quick to reply to our specific needs. Nick walked me through step by step on how he could help us including costs.

This is the second time I have worked with Clifton. They were very helpful and most importantly kept the communication flowing to ensure the remortgage process was done.

We had some issues on the banks legal team which Clifton, in particular Jan and Aleisha helped to resolve.

I would really recommend the team.

Just coming to the end of a mortgage deal and my broker of 20 years has retired. Spoke to Alex and he provided clear transparent advice. He won’t make a fee from today but I will direct friends and family back to him in the future.

I used Clifton Private Finance to secure a mortgage under slightly complex circumstances due to working abroad.

During what was an incredibly challenging property purchase, CPF was by far the smoothest part of the entire process. I was working to a tight deadline, and when several hurdles arose towards the end that could have jeopardised the transaction, it was their outstanding service that ensured everything was completed in time.

I used clifton for a auction property and they were brilliant.

I dealt with Nick, who gave up a lot of his time before the auction and after the auction to help ensure the deal can go through.

During this time Nick had a family Bereavement, and I was expecting a delay in communication. This was not the case. Nick called when he could and had other people on the case to help!

I can not fault the professionalism from Nick qnd the other guys from clifton who helped.

I can’t recommend Clifton Finance highly enough, with a special mention to Ben Francis. He managed to negotiate a significantly better deal for me than other brokers, and despite the complexity of my case, he made the entire process feel straightforward and effortless. Thanks to his work, I received multiple offers from specialist private banks.

The process ended up taking longer than I initially expected, but Ben was incredibly supportive throughout. He was available daily, day or night to take my calls and messages, and he always responded to emails with impressive speed.

Without a doubt, he is the best broker I’ve worked with so far. I can’t speak highly enough of him and look forward to continuing to work with the team in the future.
