When I first spoke with Nick, he put me at ease and clearly and concisely talked me through the ins and outs of our bridging loan arrangement for our self build project. Everything went smoothly and Nick was always on hand to guide and assist when questions arose. Altogether a great experience.

I arranged a bridge loan through Dylan Humphreys, the service was excellent. I received an offer in principle within 24 hours of our initial conversation and Dylan was able to provide referral to lawyers who were also excellent. The process was smooth, the only hold up was with my bank on the existing mortgage, which was nothing to do with Clifton or the lender who Dylan arranged the bridge finance with. Joshua Moore supported us through a myriad of complications arising because of the type of home and location (a croft house on a beach on an island in the Hebrides) and the complex sales process that had involved probate as well as the sale of our former property.
