I got a message about a subscription


I got a message about a subscription coming up and to log in to add or change anything. I logged in to add some items and received not only the original subscription, but the second order of more items, including a duplicate of the original. When I emailed to ask about it I was told it was because of the way I ordered. I simply did what was offered and the reply was a bit rude to be honest. No offer assistance or to return the duplicate. I've cancelled my subscription.

Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologize. It sounds like you had a frustrating experience from start to finish, and that is absolutely not the standard we aim for.

Our subscription renewal reminders are meant to make updates easy, not confusing. It sounds like our website’s system didn't make it clear that a second order was being created rather than modifying your existing one. We are actively reviewing this process with our tech team to ensure it's more intuitive moving forward.

More importantly, I am incredibly sorry for how your email inquiry was handled. A "rude" or unhelpful response is completely unacceptable. We should have immediately offered to help you sort out the duplicate items and find a solution, rather than just explaining the system's mechanics.

While I completely understand why you chose to cancel your subscription, I would love the chance to make this right and refund you for the accidental duplicate order. Could you please reach out to us directly at support@cliganic.com?

Essential Oils Aren't New-but Cliganic's approach is On-Time-Today!

I'm new at this, but already appreciate Cliganic's helpful descriptions/suggestions. The base oil, Jojoba is great just by itself--altho' I also use it as a
carrier oil for lavendar and patchouli. I trust their product Consistency.
