Excellent products

I am quite surprised to see all these positive comments. I believe most are forged comments. I have the most horrible experience with this company. I ordered an all white wardrobe 203cm and installation service. After so many delays in delivery, they ended up delivering the wrong package- white wardrobe with grey door and oak panel strips. I asked if they could change the door and the panel, they said the white wardrobe is out of stock. I then went ahead to choose a 250cm wardrobe which costed more and told them I’d pay the extra cost and they have stopped responding to me. I’m stuck with a white wardrobe and grey door and oak strips.
I will definitely be reporting the case to the police.

I got a bed coffee table and lovely dining room table and chairs. The customer service is excellent and price is hard to beat the delivery drivers were friendly and very helpful. I'd advise anyone looking for products for their house to check out their website. Mrs lynne kay x

I'm really impressed, the sofa bed I bought was exactly as described, communication with the seller was easy, I was updated regularly about delivery time. The sofa was delivered exactly on time and withing 2 days of my first contact with the seller. Can't say anything negative as it was a thoroughly easy transaction. Thank you, my sofa is great.

The worst company iv had the Misfortune to deal with in my entire life I don’t know how these operate the way to do Only answer your phone call through WhatsApp when you’re making an order after the order has been delivered They won’t answer the phone and only message you through messenger or WhatsApp Promise you a load of false promises that they’re going to come back and replace the broken items that were delivered broken and they admitted it but don’t show up, They block me on all accounts because they won’t want to give me my money back so I’m in the process of going through small claims court. These people are thieves and liars. Do yourself a favour and go to a shop to make sure If there is any Problems At least there’s somewhere to go back and sort it out. These people don’t even have a proper address.

These wardrobes are excellent quality. They are an amazing storage solution for our growing family. Thank you for the excellent service and communication.

This company ripped off my 92 year old mother for most her savings and insisted she paid them in cash, the items she received are very poor chinese quilty and badly damaged in some areas. i would strongly advise anybody who is thinking of purchasing anything from this company to think again and go els where, when you try to contact them to sort the problems out the phone number doesn't work so everything is done through whattsapp or facebook, when you do message them they give you a load of promises and then block you after a few days. i can see there is a few people having the same issues with them and all the 5 star reviews look fake. we are in the process of getting this sorted with the correct authorities and hopfully getting something back for my poor mother. shame on you Climax Furiture YOU ARE NOTTING BUT THIEVES AND SCAMMERS

I ordered some wardrobes good communication through out delivery was when I asked but I made the mistake of handing over the money without checking the furniture as it was all wrapped in plastic I did asked the question has all the wardrobe got hanging rails they said yes but when I unwrapped them and surprise surprise one had no hanging rail so about 30mins after they left I contacted the driver and he's response was we will deliver it on our next route and they manger will contact me,when I message the other number and told him he said the same thing about next route then he went silent and didn't reply back or take my call when I tried to contact them also one of them had the cheek to say it's only 10 ten pound to buy.so yes they seem like a good company and furniture is at a reasonable price but if something is wrong or missing there after care service to help or put it right is rubbish/shocking from my experience so just be Aware when ordering!

I've just read your reply please don't try and down play the situation I ordered 3 wardrobes why would i order one with no rail that dont make sense,as I mentioned to you or who ever I messaged the driver did say he forgot it in the van or was that a lie! anyway you can reply on hear but not reply or take my phone call and all now nearly a week later no rail or sign of getting it. Like I said before just be Aware when ordering! (Trying to charge me extra for something I've paid for already wow what a joke!)

The furniture delivered is good and very well received. Quality and material of the mattress and bed was super. Thanks to them for all there hard work in making it.
